Dr McFalda has a wonderful bedside manor as well as a very skilled injector. She takes the time to ask you what your concerns are and takes her time with you. I had a quick easy procedure and she was very punctual. I had my entire forehead injected for the area between my brows, lines on my forehead an a lift in my brows.

I had a terrible experience with Dr Wendy McFalda. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was extremely unprofessional ( swore like a sailor throughout my appt- how do your respond to that?) , overcharged for a procedure which she didn't do effectively to where I ended up having to go somewhere else where they were able to quickly fix what she couldn't for half the price...very simple..and had refused a follow-up visit or refund and instead told me to go back to the original Dr who had performed the procedure after she took my money to fix it..all without a follow-up to see what was going on. A couple of days later she called me and told me she would refund the money if I would take my review down and sign a NDA. I refused and instead will seek my refund another way, in addition to reporting her unprofessional behavior to the correct parties. I hope no one else has to go through with this kind of treatment from what should be a professional. You go to a cosmetic Dr to feel better, not to feel degraded.
