I did two cycles of Accutane not back to back. As far as the first cycle lips were dry ALL the time, felt like doing nothing, skin was dry, cleared up my face amazingly not my back. Any minor pimples or acne was gone everywhere. However I have cystic acne so that stayed. 2nd cycle same thing. Comes back though.
