I realized I attached my labiaplasty photos to my BA review. I don't have many photos of my labia lips from before, but they definitely hung a little longer than I liked and made certain lace panties uncomfortable. This will be my second procedure, and will be a two step process. In Jan 2018 I had a full abdominoplasty removing all the fat and hanging skin from my front. Now we are debulking my back and then I will have the extended abdominoplasty in a couple months. I have a lot of fat in and above my butt. I’ve had this shelf as long as I can remember.
