W. Dale Franks, Jr., MD

Dr. Franks is an amazing doctor! He is extremely thorough in asking questions about desired look, expectations, and any concerns. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and was readily available as soon as I started my recovery process, in case I had any questions or issues come up. He is exquisite in his technique and will create the perfect look you are going for! I have been back to him for a couple other procedures, and always know I am in good hands! I also shared my experience with a friend who also went on to have a breast augmentation and had the same wonderful experience with Dr. Franks! He’s the best!

I researched for the past year and half about getting a bbl. I finally made the decision to start going around for consultations. Once I learned about Dr.Franks I scheduled an consult an was sold. He told me exactly what he was going to do . And that I was a good candidate for the procedure. I had lipo 360+bbl.Im 2wks post op and never loved the way I looked until I’ve had my surgery done . I’m so happy and excited about my results and his staff was beyond amazing they communicate very well . Dr. Franks and his staff all contacts me to check in on me in between visits . I have never been so comfortable and had that experience anywhere else that’s one of the reasons I chose Dr.Franks at Enhanced Images .

I had my surgery a year ago, January 5th 2018. I chose Dr. Franks after cancelling with another surgeon. Dr. Franks is attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. In my consultation, he answered all my questions. After my procedure, he or the staff would call me to check on me during my recovery. My results are absolutely amazing. I had fat transfer from my abdomen and flanks to my breast. I followed Dr. Franks instructions during recovery and I was fine. I would definitely see Dr. Franks again and refer him.

I am forever grateful for Dr. Franks for tranforming my body into what I can consider an hour glass shape to my liking. I had unlimited lipo and a bbl and cant wait to post my before and after photos when my recovery time is over. Thank you so much Dr Franks and to the entire staff at Enhanced Images Medical!!!!

It was such an amazing experience. The staff was amazing and explained everything to me, I never felt pressured or clueless. I could not have chosen a bettter Dr. than Dr. Franks. I never imagined myself having a flat stomach with beautiful curvy figure, but dr. Franks made that possible. I am very happy with my results.

I can’t wait to wear my clothes and look neat. With a flat stomach. Wayyy too cute for this sagging stomach. I also have previous scars from a hernia repair. I’m starting this 12 days P.O. and I have been through so many emotions. But honestly it hasn’t been that bad. I am so irritated with the drains now. They won’t stop filling up and now they smell. I can’t wear my garment until the drains are out. So I wear the binder 24/7 still very very swollen. I drove today.

I hate these drains... the antibiotics have gave me serious bowel movements ???? I kinda like it tho. I still walk bent over even though I can walk straight and run if I need too. I don’t want to put any unnecessary tension on my incision. I want to keep my scar as thin as possible. I’m tired of sitting home.

I hate the compression garment and I don’t feel like doing anything. My daughter is killing me bc she wants to do something. I feel depressed. The garment is working but it’s so freaking uncomfortable. I just want to be normal. No I’m not standing up straight... I just want it to be over

Rebecca took my drains out today... I was scared but she said you will be fine.. She took her time making sure the sutures were removed and she said take a deep breath and they were gone.. I was in shock for a minute, like that long tube was really inside of me. But I am so glad to be free of that. Then she and my girl Nurse Bonnie stuffed me in my compression garment. It’s super tight but it makes me feel so secure. 1.5 days later and I am loving what I see.

My man asked for some pics... I’m not confident showing my bare stomach yet but I like how I look in these pics, even though I’m still in Swell Hell. These motivated me to get back in my garment after my shower ????????????

I never thought I would be a plastic surgery patient, I always had it in my head that plastic surgery was for vain people...not me. I had been in pain with arthritis in my hips, back and knees for the longest time. I have two little ones at home, I am a "stay-at-home Mom" who runs two businesses - so I'm hardly ever at home! I couldn't keep up, I was missing out on having fun with my babies, and my husband.
After talking to my orthopedists (5 of them!), they all agreed that I needed to lose weight to ease the pain. However, weight loss is nearly impossible when you can't exercise! The thought popped into my head, large-volume liposuction, (Dr. Franks calls it "Lipoabdominalplasty" (sp)). And there he was, Dr. Dale Franks, with his soft voice, re-assuring manner, and honest answers. Just meeting with him and his nurse gave me hope. This was it, I had to go for it. My only alternatives were waiting another 10 years until I was old enough for a hip replacement, or a laparoscopic surgery that couldn't even promise a 20% reduction in pain. I'm not going to tell you that I wasn't scared, of course I was! But when you live with pain so bad that you can't even grocery shop for your family - you'll muster your strength and do what needs to be done.
When I think of Dr. Franks the word "sweet" always comes to mind. He picked me up the day of the surgery, and then came to see me every day while I recovered in a hotel room in North Carolina. He cares deeply for his patients and it shows. A gentle soul with an amazing talent! I can't say I'm pleased with my results - I'M THRILLED!! And now that I have recovered; I am shopping, playing at the park, mowing, and taking care of my family, everything I couldn't do before --- with no pain! One of his nurses wanted to see a picture of me and how I am recovering, I sent her a picture of my grass-stained shoes! I'm proud that I am back in control of my life, and able to exercise again to lose even more weight. My husband can't keep up with me now!
I had a post surgical check-up not too long ago. Dr. Franks mentioned that the surgery that I had wasn't life saving...the only time I was able to tell Dr. that he was WRONG!! My life needed saving even if my heart was still beating.

Went in for consultation 2 days ago. He was actually the first person I spoke to in the office because he answered the phone and not his nurse. Both of them are very nice and took the time out to go over everything with me. We spent 2 hours talking about the procedure, what I want, his experience doing the surgery, questions I should ask in case I don’t go with him, just everything!! I didn’t feel rushed and I was reassured I will be well taken care of. I have been researching the procedure and doctors for 3 years. He is actually the 3rd surgeon I have talked to about the procedure, but he is so far the most caring and realistic as far patient check-ups than the others. I’m actually excited about the procedure now and feel a bigger urge to get it done!

Dr. Franks is awesome and so underrated. I had my surgery 2 weeks ago in NC and already my results are just what I wanted. He spends time with each and everyone of his patients and he visited me personally throughout my recovery to make sure I was okay. The nurse team and anesthesiologist made me feel like family. I wish he had social media so he can get more exposure but when you meet him you can tell that all the gimmicks are not him he is 100% professional. I can’t wait to see what my 3 months post op will look like after swelling. Finally I got the shape I always wanted.

My underwear are now large I uste to wear smalls look at me now and I am in my 2nd week post op loving my results so far not mention I wear my garment day and night and I also have not sat on my bottom unless it is with my booty buddy I was a stomach sleeper so this was perfect for me and I also have had 3 lymphatic massages you rock Dr Franks
