Nonsurgical Nose Job

Thank you for the question. It is difficult to advise regarding lip augmentation from just anterior (front on) photographs, as the lips should be assessed from various angles and also dynamically i.e. when you are talking/smiling/etc.&nbsp;
My advice is book in for a consultation and discuss with an experienced practitioner who can assess your lips in person and advise accordingly. Price varies&nbsp;based on location and your goals. Ensure your practitioner is experienced, registered and insured.

Please could you suggest some solutions to deep philtrum and if fillers are an option how much would it cost for this area. Thank you

I would disagree that you have traditionally masculine features, however if you feel that your eye is drawn toward your nose or to create femininity you may wish to seek a provider of non surgical treatments that can offer a full face assessment.&nbsp;
I think you have very well shaped lips with great volume and rather than adding voume, which may spoil this great feature, you may want to consider the merit of&nbsp;augmenting your&nbsp;cheeks +/- chin to create a more heart shaped face and accentuate this feature. Alternatively,&nbsp;you may want to consider a non surgical rhinoplasty&nbsp;to add tip projection and bridge height to the nose and&nbsp;create structure to reduce the attributes that concern you.
Whatever you choose, seek an experienced healthcare professional who can outline&nbsp;a realistic outcome following thorough consultation.

I have very masculine features. My nose is really big and tends to be what people focus on a lot. I can’t afford/nor want to risk getting a rhinoplasty. I’m curious if lip fillers could help me get a more feminine and proportional face? I have found most feminine faces have noses smaller or the same size as the lips. And are there any other non invasive procedures I could have to look softer and more feminine?

Whilst
I agree with my colleagues that a&nbsp;surgical rhinoplasty can deliver
excellent results, dermal filler has its place and&nbsp;can be successfully
used to improve both the shape,&nbsp;tip projection of your nose and in the
right hands can make the nose appear smaller/proportionate to the face. It has
many benefits including reduced&nbsp;downtime and reversibility but ultimately
the decision should be made after detailed consultation.

I believe that I have a droopy and bulbous tip, but I’ve looked at so many pictures that I’m not sure anymore lol. Can my issues be addressed with fillers? My consultation is with a board certified plastic surgeon who offers both rhinoplasty and non-surgical nose jobs via fillers. It’s over a month away, though. Thanks!
