I would recommend Dr Nacouzi to anyone. He is extremely talented, very knowledgeable about everything chemistry, biology, aesthetics. Master injector if there is such a thing! So gentle. He has the very latest technology. I had a Vampire Facelift and I would highly recommend this to anyone. Had best Dysport injections I have ever had. On top of that I have never worked with a more kind, transparent, warm, humble, generous man. You will LOVE him.
The most professional and detailed physician I have met. He was understanding and compassionate to my needs. I definently love the results and the natural look. He was able to explain the realistic expectations based on how the therapy works and my starting point. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. If you want excellence then he is your guy.
Thank you for your question. First Dark circles, normally called Peri-orbital Melanosis, is multifactorial. So hereditary, allergy induced, Night shift , poor sleep habits etc. There are ways to approach this condition by using numerous methods and regimen. To mention a few, Dermafrac, a vacuum assisted micro-needling/ subcutaneous injector device helps tremendously, repeated treatments are needed. PRP, injections under the eyes, notably PRF( Platelet Rich Fibrin) a more efficacious PRP is also very helpful. In our office we use both and follow it by a home regimen from PCA (Arizona based dermatologic company). I hope this helps and best of luck
Thank you for your question. The Vampire face lift uses , typically, Fillers to enhance the shape of the structures targeted. The Vampire facial is mostly micro-needling and a few injections of PRP if needed. In our practice we have successfully used PRP with TCA CROSS , a procedure using 90% TCA which removes the layers of dead cells. I believe this a promising approach that is reasonable based on your presenting signs and pictures. You may need 5-6 treatments but, I believe you will be very happy with the results. Best to you
Thank you for your inquiry. PRP will be a good option to regrow a lot of your "dormant" hair follicles, namely the weak and under developed ones from too much DHT or from scalp fibrosis (shiny area). PRP will increase the vascularity of the follicles and during the process of rejuvenation strengthening of the scalp tissue and better blood flow will follow. We are seeing good results in our practice but, Not complete or 100% regrowth. Be certain you are treated with a new generation PRP and that Micro-needling is performed along with hormonal and laboratory testing. Best Of Luck.
Thank you for your question. Actually, you have a nice jaw line, I think based on my experience that, you may want to increase the lift on your chin and increase the size of your lower lip. This would help tremendously. I have done that on numerous patients and the results are esthetically very pleasing. I do not think the jaw is the area to focus on initially and, this is based on the reconstruction lines that I use to define the proportions. I wish you all the best
Thank you for your question. I agree with Dr. Sylwestrowicz. in our practice, we have been using PRFM(platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix), an activated form of PRP and have injected hundreds of patients with great results in rendering volume to the skin and facial planes normally treated with fillers. The results are slower but with patience, one could notice very impressive changes . But, do not expect immediate changes seen with fillers. Doctor Sclafani from Cornell University has published some interesting papers on the subject. All the Best to you
