Hello,From the photograph you have posted there is still lot of edema (skin swelling) in the belly button so it is difficult to comment on the result. I suggest you to wait for few weeks and then decide. If the the belly button is not matching your expectation it can be revised to more aesthetically pleasing one.
Hi,General anesthesia or local anesthesia can both be used for fat transfer. However the decision depends on the operating surgeon and the patient. Talk to your doctor regarding the same. Some surgeons are comfortable with general anesthesia as it gives them better control of the procedure and hence better result. Local anesthesia can make the patient pain free and some sedation can make them less anxious but sometimes patients might not cooperate till the end of the procedure. Dont worry about general anesthesia it is very safe these days.
