Dental implants can be placed in a good bone only. So, the main guide here is the amount and quality of the bone, where implants are going to be placed. The best way to replace a tooth with an implant is to place an implant in the same location, where tooth was extracted from.

Unfortunately, in most cases, the "back" teeth will have to be moved as well. This may be a complete Invisalign case, which will be around $4,500. to $5,000 in Los Angeles area.

Please, do not worry!!!! First set of aligners will not show any results - too early. Invisalign may not be strong enough for severe cases, but your Orthodontist can offer you a combination case - use a regular wire to help Invisalign a little.

There are many different kinds of retainers. In our office, most of the patients choose clear ("invisible") retainers, which are included in the Invisalign treatment price.

In any orthodontic case, the extraction of lower front tooth will give you some symmetry problem. We do not take such a risk.
