Yes the BOTOX will weaken your masseter muscle thereby "slimming" your "round" face.  The first time you do it, you will likely return two weeks later for a check to see if you need additional BOTOX.

From your photos, you look like a good candidate for the "soft" filler Belotero.  Cannula use decreases the risk of bruising.  The entry point will likely be your upper cheek.  It is rare for Belotero to be bumpy if injected correctly with a cannula.   If a small facial bruise occurs, it should resolve within 7-10 days.

Outstanding question...shows you understand the technology!  The Emsculpt machine has different protocols built into the software for the abdomen and the buttocks.  The abdomen protocol builds muscle and burns fat.  The buttocks protocol just builds muscle.  Have not had any unhappy Emsculpt patients!

After looking at your photos, I would recommend a filler like Restylane Refyne and/or Fractionated microneedling with radiofrequency, like Infini.  Keep up with your good skin care regimen as well...sunscreen and retinol.

The pins are most likely titanium which are ok.  If you can have an MRI....the orthopedic surgeon did not tell you that you could not have an MRI in the future....you can have Emsculpt on your abdomen and butocks.
