My experience with Dr. Ablaza was amazing. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field of practice. I knew that upon my first consultation, I made the right decision. As my physician, she made me feel comfortable and provided honest and detailed answers to all my questions. The facility was very clean, well maintained, warm and welcoming. I have had multiple plastic surgery procedures thus far and Dr. Ablaza has performed all of them. From liposuction, breast reduction, and tummy tuck, I now feel whole again, and for that reason, I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Ablaza - The Plastic Surgery Group - Montclair, NJ. Thank you.
My experience with Dr. Ablaza was fantastic! All started with the office environment and the friendly staff. Dr. Ablaza not only listened to me but also heard my needs and understood the reasons why I wanted the procedure. She explained my options clearly, which helped me to make an informed decision. She said she would take care of me. I trusted in her, and the results were incredible! For sure I would recommend Dr. Ablasa to my daughter and my friends!
From the moment I had my first phone call to the time I walked in the door in January of 2016 it was nothing short of amazing! Wonderful staff. Dr. Ablaza did my breast augmentation and helped me find the perfect size. She really cares about her patients and listens. i was worried about the sizing and we found a size togther that she thought would look great. Not too big was what I was nervous about. She is simply amazing!!! Hands down the best. I was back to work 3 days later with no scarring!
I could not be happier with the liposuction results from Dr. Ablaza. She smoothed out the love handles, flattened out my stomach, and also removed some fat near the upper chest. I had tried for years to remove the fat on my flanks through diet and excercise, but to no avail. My self-esteeem has improved, and my clothes fit better than they ever have. I would recommend Dr. Ablaza without question! Updated on 4 Nov 2013: There is about a 2 year interval from these 2 pictures. I had the liposuction about 6 months after the first picture was taken.
I had my surgery on July 6th. I was scared to death. I had tummy tuck and Breast Aug. I had 4 pregs in 5 years. My first was stillborn at 38 weeks and I have two boys 2 yrs and 4 years and I had a miscarrage last August. So my body has been through alot. I had a lot of extra skin and strech marks. I wanted to have a tummy tuck since I had my first child. I love my breasts and My stomach looks pretty good compared to how I looked prior to surgery. I just am very swollen an I feel like I have a small bump in my stomach. I know its still early but my stomach is just so sensitive it hurts when I touch it. My doctor said its normal and I wouldn't get my full results until about 6 months to a year....... Overall I'm happy and i would do it over again if I had too.....
The most likely cause of what you are describing is fat necrosis or dead fat cells from lack of a good blood supply to the area. Small areas of fat necrosis may eventually "melt" but larger areas will likely have a residual lump that can be surgically removed.Other causes of the lump may be a cyst, or even breast cancer, though highly unlikely, which need to be excised.
Even though this seems like a simple question, there are many issues to address. The simple answer is "yes". All implants, regardless of age can be removed. If there is a hard capsule that formed around the implants, it may also need to be removed. Also, removal of the implants may require a breast lift procedure to avoid a droopy or deflated look.Saline implants can often be removed under local anesthesia in an office setting but it wouldn't be possible to also remove a hardened scar tissue capsule. Replacing the removed saline implants at the same time should be done in an accredited operating facility to ensure the best possible sterile conditions even if no capsule work is needed. A breast lift can be done, if needed, after complete healing. If there is a good chance of needing a lift, and you want to do it simultaneously , I would also recommend having the procedure done in an accredited facility.Hope this helps! Good luck.
The best way to assess your need for a breast lift is to look at your nipple position when your arms are at your side. Breast augmentation alone can elevate nipple position 1-1.5 cm. The decision to have a lift with an augmentation is also dependent on your ultimate goal for implant positioning. Without a lift, the implant position will be lower.
