For the longest time I've wanted to get a BBL but I don't think it's for me. So I'm deciding to play it safe and finally decided on Lipo 360 instead. I've found a few places that I want to visit for a consultation throughout this month. I hope to get the surgery by the end of May 2020. I will be back to post throughout my journey.

I spent years saving and paying a lot of money for these procedures, hoping to finally feel confident about my glutes and back. From day one, I noticed a lump and repeatedly raised my concerns—completely ignored. When I complained about the visible scars and lack of results, she told me my body simply didn’t react to the surgery. She said I would need to pay extra for a “defined waist,” but it was unclear what procedure that even meant. I had already paid for tummy tuck, “skin tightening,” lipo 360, and BBL. She also promised an injection to reduce scars, which never happened, and my calls and emails were never returned. Because of the constant pain, I had to pay for my own MRI and CT scans to find out why. That’s when I discovered that I have an abnormal encapsulated seroma, neglected since day one, and now the only solution is revision surgery. My BBL gave no results, my back looks the same, and I am left with permanent lumps and scars. Other surgeons confirmed the skin tightening I paid for was never done. I am in constant pain, devastated to look in the mirror, and everything I dreamed of was destroyed. Warning: Please think carefully, get multiple opinions, and go to a board-certified plastic surgeon. I wish someone had warned me before it was too late

I have no idea how to even write this without even crying my eyes out. To some it may seem small and not that serious, to me, it’s life changing and not in a good way. Dr Tsion BerhNe first did my Myellevate procedure in March of 2024. I went in for concerns about a pouch of fat like a double chin that that’s it. I had nice plump, healthy skin my skin glowed and was pretty and healthy . That first procedure is supposed to consist of chin lipo, skin tightening, and also muscle tightening which upon waking up & driving home, I immediately realized that the muscle tightening portion was never done- which i paid for and also paid for the neck brace that i wasn’t given because they never did the muscle tightening. She even told me she didn’t do it because she didn’t think I needed it. Now my google reviews have been deleted and i’ve been ignored after asking for a refund. The refund for money that doesn’t and will never replace everything i’ve lost out of this surgery and trusting this woman with my youth, face and neck. I sort of was suspicious even after surgery looking at my results but thought I was still swollen and just gave it a chance to heal as I was also told by dr berhane. The following many months were what led me to realize something was not right as I began to notice a lot of uneven pouches of fat and a lot of ripping. I had spent a lot of time as is healing from surgery out of work on top of the amount of money I’ve spent on gas and tolls just from the first surgery and follow up to discuss my concerns. Her office is two hours each from my house and cost about $40 in tolls. She finally agreed to do a revision, which is what she considered what would be a mini neck lift. In October 2024, she did that revision procedure. I once again after giving her the benefit of the doubt from the first surgery, questioned it but knew deep down something was not right after that second surgery. I was given drains that literally went from one side of my neck to the other with extreme amount of swelling. once they were removed, I was literally sent home with my earlobe dangling, and I was told it would fuse back together. Which I did, but my stitches were taken out far too soon, and I am left with terrible scarring on the left side behind my ear. We are nine months out, and I am still left with constant swelling and inflammation pain, tenderness, and numb sensations. Worst of all, my entire neck and lower face has been destroyed by these surgeries. On several attempts, I tried to reach out to Dr. Behan and which I was constantly told. I had to come into her office I assume because she did not want anything in writing. With me coming into her office again driving two hours each way spending $40 and tolls $30 in gas at least, missing work every time to come into the office and then two surgeries missing a weeks worth of work because I was swollen and in pain, i spent far more than the 4,000 i paid for surgery. That also doesn’t include this several attempts of Botox to just relax my plasma band muscle that has now been enhanced since the surgeries. Never did I have an indentation in the center of my neck, and the muscle was supposed to be repaired not once but twice and clearly was never repaired. I am left with Coburn neck and tenting, which are basically two flaps one on each side along the jaw line not only this, but I have had multiple surgeons. Tell me that she over manipulated my tissue which basically destroyed it in the long run, so now my lower face from the cheekbone downwards has barely any tissue left so my face is much thinner. I’ve lost all the plumpness and it’s very thin and it’s made me oook far older than 32 years old. I look back at old photos and I can’t help but literally cry. This woman has destroyed my self-esteem and self-conscious and every time I come into her office, I’m basically gaslit being told how I’m the only one that notices these flaws and that it’s basically my tonsils and my glands that caused this, when it’s absolutely not and the photos do not lie. it’s not only loose skin, but it’s tissue loss from over manipulation so now that there’s no tissue, the skin has nothing to hold onto so it’s just hanging so not only as my neck screwed up. My lower face is also destroyed along with the jawline. my face shape and smile is no longer the same. Had I have known what would’ve come of that second surgery I never would’ve touched my face the second time. But I shouldn’t have been left with the results I had, even the first time. I pray no one trusts this woman with any facial surgery at all so you don’t deal with what I am! She has gaslit me and truly refuses to take any blame and thinks this is good work or blames her patients who never had any of these issues prior to surgery. This is botched work and several facial surgeons have told me this and she told me that she disagreed with them which I have no clue how you could. I cannot recommend this surgeon at all, for anything.
