This was my second time doing injections with Dr. Trini Vega. He is literally the best and by far my favorite injector in the miami area. I’ve been to more than a few injectors and I always come back to him to fix my face. He does a flawless job, very honest about what you need and what you don’t need. He pays very close attention to detail especially after going back for your touch up. I am very specific about my face and I always want to look as natural as possible and look like I have done nothing and he does the best job with that. His staff is so kind and understanding and treats you like family. I love coming to the office.
El Dr trini Vega es excelente profesional me encanto el look natural su clinica es impecable y su personal es muy serio. El Dr Me recomendo el tratamiento que se media a mi necesidad con sinceridad y confianza de su trabajo. El precio es razonable.
Ok, so I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vega for nose fillers, he reshaped my nose and the results were wonderful. Unfortunately, the last time I went there for lip fillers and cheek fillers I just hated the results and one secretary a price and then when I went to see how much I owned on Care Credit, it was $500 more than she said. The cheek fillers made my NL folds look worse and the lip is uneven and looks terrible. Since the lady at the front desk was rude when I tried to complain, I won't be back there. Updated on 19 Jun 2018: I've tried to contact the doctor to correct my lip injections but no answer, my lips look terrible!!!! Updated on 20 Jun 2018: My face looks masculine and older, I hate the resultas, all the money that I've spent and the doctor never contacted me. The staff wasn't welcoming when I called either. I saw that he was "Board Certified" but didn't realize it was as an internist and not a plastic surgeon.
The possible major causes for this can be: Inflamation, Infection, Accumulated blood (Hematoma) and the filler itself you need to see your doctor as soon as possible , he may need to apply a diluent on the lump...(hyaluronidase) if this is the case it is easy to correct. if is only inflammation, arnica, ice and time will make the job, if is blood accumulated (hematoma) it will reabsorb by itself , same as inflammation or may need to be drained by your doctor. if he suspects infection he has to start antibiotics as well.
It safe under professional and well trained doctors, always do some research about the place and the doctor you are choosing before you do any treatment. regarding the treatment itself, dermal fillers made of hyaluronic acid (juvederm, restylane ,belotero) can be diluted and corrected with the application of a substance called Hyaluronidase. always look for certified doctors and practices in the website of these above mentioned products. best regards, Trini Vega, MD
You have the right to ask your doctor how much diluent he is using, by the producer of botox 2,5ml of Diluent has to be added to a 100units vial, but other botulinum toxin products (dysport and Xeomin , also FDA approved "botox" can have a different dilution) in general the most important thing is to go to a certified place and trustable doctor. best regards Dr Vega
