I've been seeing Dr. Tonks for over 15 years. He is discrete, professional and efficient. Always willing to explain what is safe and what will give the best results but come on the journey with me to choose what feels right for me. I've had liposuction, a mastopexy, fat transfer to breast and abdominoplasty with hernia and muscle repair. Dr Tonks has a signature linea alba repair that i cant wait to see. I will continue to consult Dr. Tonks, he is in another league compared to the other 'meat-factory' surgeons in Canberra.

I was operated by Dr. Tonks for skin cancers in very visible areas of the face and really delicate to treat (very close to the eyes, ear and front of the leg). I was impressed by his competence, safety and humanity with which he treated me, as well as by the perfect organization of his very welcoming and professional clinic.

Today I look at his work in admiration and feel very happy because I see my scars getting better and better and I won't have to give up flashy earrings or shorts! Dr. Tonks is an excellent surgeon and an exceptional person.

My experience at Dr Tonks' (fabulous) rooms was as top notch as ever. I've been a patient for five years and this visit was for the usual niggles of ageing including wrinkles and rosacea. Christine, Dr Tonks' aesthetic specialist, recommended and performed a laser treatment, Botox and cheek filler. Sounds like a lot, but as always her expertise meant a natural but visible result with minimal bruising. The reason I keep going back to Dr Tonks and Christine is because their goal is to make you look better but still make you look like you. They don't do exaggerated, which is why I'm always prepared to travel from Melbourne to consult them.

For a number of years I have been contemplating liposuction on my thighs - I am very active and eat very well - the only thing that was stopping me was the recovery time. Dr Tonks explained to me that times have changed (and boy have they!) in terms of the recovery period for lipo to the lateral thigh region. I had the procedure 4 weeks ago and was back in the gym 4 days after the procedure (gently exercise only). I am so pleased with the results and can see a big difference already. Dr Tonks was extremely professional and made me feel at ease during my consults. I highly recommend Dr Tonks and would also like to mention all his wonderful staff - always a smile on their faces and just lovely to talk to!

I have been to Dr Tonks for a removal of lose skin on my thighs. Although after the operation the lose skin was no longer an object but one thigh still have some lose skin around the scar and I feel very uncomfortable and conscious when in a swimsuit. I would be grateful if this little object could be rectified.
