I would recommend calling your Physician's office and explaining your scenario, if you haven't already. Your Physician may provide you with a recommendation to balance the asymmetry or provide an additional treatment. If you call for help, then the office will also have a record of your concerns in the unlikely event that it does not subside. It's always a good idea to have documentation of your medical issues and concerns. Try to speak to your doctor who did the procedure and do not try any home remedies or products until you are advised to do so by that Physician.
Your pores may be temporarily enlarged after a glycolic peel. Without assessing your skin, it is difficult to determine is there's a problem or not, and give you a solution. If necessary, your dermatologist can prescribe topical treatments or antibiotics. For now, I'd continue to rest your skin and give it time to heal. Sometimes less is more.

I would recommend calling your Physician's office and explaining your scenario, if you haven't already. Your Physician may provide you with a different recommendation than originally given. If you call for help, then the office will also have a record of your scarring concern in the unlikely event that it does get worse. It's always a good idea to have documentation of your medical issues and concerns. Try to speak to your doctor who did the procedure and I agree that you should not put anything on it until you are advised to do so by that Physician.

To remedy this, you can have fat surgically transferred into the face, or a less-invasive option is to use fillers such as Sculptra and Radiesse.
