Thank you for your question. I found combination treatment often produces better result such as combining Excel V's Laser Genesis with it's KTP 532 or Xeo's Laser genesis with IPL560. However they are limited to individual with skin Type I-III. For darker skin complexion Laser genesis alone is still helpful. In addition, If we further combine these laser with medical treatments for synergy and maintenance, results will even better and longer lasting. Consultation with a dermatologist to have an accurate diagnosis is essential because not all redness is Rosacea. Then find a doctor experienced in Cutera's laser who is familiar with the combination treatment. Good Luck.

Thank you for your question. From your history and skin type, the dark spots after mosquito bites came very likely from post inflammatory hyper pigmentation ( also called PIH). Our options are limited for people with darker skin complexions as risks of burn from IPL, Certain Laser or chemical peel are high. They may exacerbate and worsen the condition. My experience with treatment using1064nm YAG Laser such as Laser Genesis or Laser Toning may help because they are more gentle for darker skin type even 5 or 6. I would advise to see a dermatologist for a precise diagnosis, avoid sun exposure, and use daily sun screen. Good Luck!

Dear Sir: I would see a dermatologist first to find out what are they.  Freckles are very different from moles or Nevi in terms of their biology, pathophysiology, and the treatment. Freckle can be treated with IPL, KTP Laser and many others but dysplastic atypical nevi may need to be excised. A conservative evaluation with Dermoscopy by an expert prior to laser or surgery may avoid risk of mishaps. Meanwhile sun avoidance and daily sun screen are the best measures to prevent more freckles or nevi. Good Luck!  

A fresh tattoo needs to be healed before trying to have it removed so as to avoid the risk of scars or untoward reactions. The cost varies with locality, and number of treatment required which in turn depends many factors such as size, skin type, ink amount and color etc., Drs. Kirby and DeSai published a study called "Kirby-Desai tattoo removal scale". That has been used in my office as a objective, evidence based guide to predict number of sessions required to remove an unwanted tattoo by Laser.. I would recommend having a consultation with an expert in your area to further discuss a treatment plan or options. 

There are many different treatments from Cutera's Lasers and results are varies depends on different conditions or diagnosis of the skin. There are treatments that improvement after laser can continue to improve for a long period of time. You will be better served by a dermatologist who has a Cutera Laser and knowns your specific situation.
