After losing over 100lbs, everything drooped!! The loose skin was not only unsightly... it was embarrassing!! After all my hard work, I was still ashamed of my body... I had 3 procedures done simultaneously... upper arm brachioplasty, lower body lift, and breast lift. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the results. Dr. Sproule changed my life!!
Excellent and very skilled surgeon! I had a bilateral breast lift and thigh lift. The care in the clinic overnight was exemplary and Dr Sproule checked in on me the following morning. The office staff goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Dr Sproule's bedside manor is 5/5 and he explains things very clearly with the possible complications. Thank you Dr Sproule.
Once weighing in at 215 pounds I made a few lifestyle changes. First I had a breast reduction As I was wearing size E from penningtons. I though it would help with back pain and neck pain. Well it didn't. Over the course of 3 years I changed how I ate and how much I ate. I did not exercise at all until I was near my goal weight. 70 pounds lighter I started to work out with no luck with the excess skin on my belly and breasts. I saved up 3 times to get this operation done and finally other life issues didn't get in the way and I was able to book. Updated on 20 May 2015: Updated on 20 May 2015: The swelling has gone down drastically. I'm back to pre op weight. So 13.5 pounds in 6 days. Follow up appt tomorrow to hopefully get the tape removed. It's much easier to get up and down. Still haven't left the house yet. My breasts are huge (your welcome husband). My belly is still sore and the incision hurts at the edges when I move around. I'm still sleeping upwards and on the couch. My husband sleeps beside me every night so I have help getting up if needed. I find the longer I lie down the harder it is to get up.
Im 47 years old and have been thinking about having my eyelids done since I was about 30. I've always had excess skin on my eyelids....it runs in my family. So I finally decided to go ahead with it and I had my procedure yesterday. Even though I had thought about doing it for so many years, when the day finally came, I was soooo nervous. I thought about backing out right up to the final moment....I contemplated calling the doctor and telling him that I was sick or that I was in a car accident...I was even willing to break my own finger, just to get out of it!! But I knew if I backed out now, I would regret it. Its normal to be nervous, I just had to have trust in the doctor I had chosen. So once I had my final discussion with the doctor and they took their pictures, They got me settled in the OR and gave me an Ativan to relax me because I was going to be awake for the procedure. Once that kicked in, the doc injected the local freezing which did not hurt at all. Once frozen, he begun....weird sensation knowing that someone is cutting away your skin and you can't even feel it! The procedure did not take very long at all and it was nice to be part of the conversation while the work was going on. The swelling and redness began right away, but no pain. Iced my eyes a lot, slept sitting in a recliner chair that I borrowed from a friend. That has been the only real uncomfortable part of all of this so far. I'm not very pleasant to look at right now, but hopefully in a few days that will start to change. Updated on 8 Sep 2013: Updated on 9 Sep 2013: Updated on 9 Sep 2013: Updated on 11 Sep 2013: It's already six days post op! Last night was the first night that I slept a little less elevated than I have been. Eyelids are itchy and feeling a little heavy. I see the doctor tomorrow and am looking forward to hear what he has to say about the progress. I can't wait to be able to slap on some eyeliner and mascara to get a real feel of the finished product. :) Updated on 18 Sep 2013: My camera is on the fritz so I haven't been able to take pictures lately :( But, everything is progressing nicely. My eyelids feel a little tight and I'm a little concerned about the numbness on my lids, but I guess it's still soon after the surgery and that's expected. I went out yesterday with full makeup on and I found myself feeling a little self conscious about whether people could see the scars or not.
very unhappy with results and the follow up especially that fast I paid almost 7 grand. I would stay away from this doctor. Was not worth it. Dr sproule barely spent time with me, he promised i Would see more results with my lipo, and be barely sculpted me!!!! i LOOK the SAME! my butt is just a bit bigger. this is all. Awful service. the only nice staff there is the secretary and the laser lady Tina. thats it. Please feel free to message me for questions regarding dr Sproule but please look around, don't waste your money. Updated on 9 Mar 2015: I was promised major Lypo in stomach, chin, back (flanks), and a nice big butt since I was BUTTLESS. I mean he did give me more of a buttom but NOT WORTH THE 6,800 I paid. I barely spoke to him, felt as though he didn't even care. Follow up appointments were pointless. And I went through a very rough recovery. He also messed up the left side of my mouth when Doug Lypo in my chin area. He even charged me 50$ more in Botox to fix his mistake!! He hit a damn nerve!! And I had numbness in my left side upper leg for 8 months now and no answers. He said I could get more Lypo in chin and stomach for another 2,000 but ive decided that paying 3,400 for Lypo and all the works in Dominican by a top surgerin with all great reviews is worth it instead. I was promised to get what I wanted and was looking for. Except he didn't do much except give me somewhat of a booty that isn't fully even. Very unimpressed especially for almost 7,000 Updated on 10 May 2015: LADIES I NEED YOUR ADVICE! So i have my SX booked for August 11th , BBL & Aggressive Lipo!!!! However I'm now debating on getting a TT while Im down there... Very worried ill have extra skin if i don't do the TT! I think I should just go all out and do the TT. My SX is booked with dr Diaz, any advice ladies!? please! thanks :))
horrible experience, the staff is rude staff is uncaring and the receptionist hangs up on me, he does not warn you of any ramifications of urbium laser treatment, lasers areas like the nose where it will only scar and refuses to discuss the damage he causes and cancels appointments to do that , makes you pay for fixing his mistakes, leaves skin damage without warning about the laser, leaves you scarred.
