Does not have the eye nor hand to accomplish a beautiful end result. PLUS, dishonest as he was packing up to move out of state as he took my check for breast aug/implants that included a year follow up. Botton line, he did crappy work and I am one happy girl to have paid another $14K to reverse his mess.
Changing the shape of the nose has the potential to change the size and function of the nasal airways. This is especially true when you're making a nose smaller. In addition, the parition dividing the right nasal airway from the left nasal airway, the septum, can influence your nasal airways as well as the shape of the nose. Make sure your surgeon is skilled in correcting both the septum as well as the external parts.
Everyone is trying to keep costs low, but to choose a surgeon based on cost alone is a very bad idea. I suggest you wait save your money for 3 years and then have it done.
Transconjunctival blepharoplasty has less chance of ectropion, but it also has limitations in correcting the skin and muscle components of the lower eyelid. However, the skin and muscle can be address with other less invasive procedures including peels and muscle tightening. When using a traditional subciliary incision all of the components (fat, muscle, and skin) can be addressed through the same incision. The traditional approach also allows for more aggressive tightening of the eyelid Canthopexy or canthoplasty) if indicated. A careful exam by an experience eyelid plastic surgeon will be helpful in deciding which approach is best for you.
Looking at your pictures it appears to me tha you are more of a C cup rather than a D cup, but pictures can be depective. One very important factor is where your nipple is located in relationship to your breast fold. From what I can tell from your photo, your nipple at rest is located above the breast fold, and if this is the case, chances are good that you can get by with the circumareolar mastopexy, the 'lollipop' scar. I would advise against using huge implants to avoid the vertical scar. While no one wants the vertical scar, to get a great shape to the breast sometimes the vertical scar is unavoidable.
Hi Sharma, It sounds like you need a septoplasty to help with your breathing and a rhinoplasty to make the shape changes. When one does a septoplasty, the ethmoid bone is frequently removed as well as the deviated septal cartilage. The septal cartilage is often used to maintain an open airway or for use in shaping the nose. When septal cartilage is not available, ethmoid bone might be used or ear cartialge would be another option. Most rhinoplasty surgeons prefer to use cartilage rather than ethmoid bone. Ethmoidal bone it thinner, and there is a greater chance that it could be absorbed over time. Complex cases can take anywhere from 1-6 hours. Fast surgery is not necessarily better surgery. It's better to take longer and do it correctly than to rush through it.
