Very professional and highly educated. Doesn't try to talk you into multifocal lenses like some other eye surgeons do on everyone. He did what was best for me. He didn't seem hurried and sat with me to answer all my questions. Very personable. The OR staff was very good and very calming. Have to get my other eye done this year and I feel confident I'm in good hands so my anxiety level has greatly decreased. Would highly recommend!!!

I had corrective lenses from age 6, and before surgery, I could not tell you what type of shoes I had on without glasses or contacts. Today, 5+ years later, I have better than 20/20 vision, and my sight is no longer a constant worry. My only wish is that I had not waited so long!

It also didn't hurt to have better than 20/20 vision the very next day! It took some time after the procedure for my night vision to return to normal due to my eyes sensitivity to light caused by the procedure, but overall my vision is still as good (if not better) as it was right after the surgery. Highly recommend!

I started wearing glasses when I was three and then eventually contacts. My eyes were so bad that I couldn't even see the alarm clock. It's a good thing a good friend of mine is an eye doctor so it didn't take to much persuasion. It's been four years since the surgery and I am so glad I did it! Not having to deal with glasses or contacts and being able to see as soon as you wake up. The only con is my night time driving vision isn't as good as it used to be. It's slowly getting better though.

One of the best decisions I've ever made. Life is so much easier without stuggle with contacts and glasses, something I wasn't really expecting. Surgery was so quick and painless, i was shocked. Dr. Boland and his team were amazing, and made the whole experience pleasant from start to finish. i would highly recommend Lasik to those who can qualify, as it's such a life change and certainly worth the money spent. I've never thought twice about this decision and Dr. Boland and his team were very informative on all aspects from the procedure, to the post op, and even financing. It was so wonderful. I just never expected it to be so easy and make such a difference.

It is amazing how a few minutes have changed my life! In minutes it was over and I was headed to recovery! I was already seeing a difference in my vision! It has been over a year now and my visions continues to get better! I have had no complications from the procedure besides my eyes being dry at times. The best part is waking up every morning and being able to see my alarm clock. Overall the experience has been amazing. I can’t express how much the surgery has improved my life.
