We do Ultherapy for patients who have your same request.  We also do recommend going in to your local Board Certified Dermatology Practice.  Ultherapy cost for the brow lift is typically $475, full eye is typically $1,000 which also includes crows feet, under eye, and brow lift.  We also give patients the realistic expectations of your treatments and definitely take the time to consult with you regarding your questions.

Our office usually recommends using Latisse at night.  The theory is that the product would migrate to your lower lashes.  We also do advise our patients to cleanse their face in the morning with a non-comedogenic cleanser just to make sure the product does not sit on your skin throughout the day.  If the purpose of the product to be used at night is to have the product migrate to your lower lashes, we would also advise that you cleanse your face during the day.  Since you stopped using Latisse, hopefully should you decide to continue again with your regime, this information would help.

Accutane can make you more sensitive to the sun.  In my practice we recommend SPF 30 or more for daily use.  This is especially important when you know you will have sun exposure or when you are on medications that can make you more susceptible to burn.  Also, Accutane can cause dryness which can manifest as "tightness," as well as making the complexion temporarily more flushed and red.  It would be a good idea to start using SPF 30 or more daily, and follow up with your dermatologist.

Surgical Dermabrasion was an older form of Dermabrasion, there are now options such as Microdermabrasion.  If you've tried an excision and also Microneedling with little to no improvement, we do suggest patients look into Microneedling with PRP for scars.  These treatments do require a physician evaluation, make sure to check out your local American Academy Dermatology website to find your nearest Dermatologist or also your local well trusted Plastic Surgeon.
