Typical results are seen seen with in the first week. However manufacture guidelines state that results can take up to 14 days to see full effect. There is no current limit set on how long someone can get Botox.
Visceral fat is not as easy to pinch. Its often hard to determine these things from pictures, however this does not appear to be visceral fat. Looking at before and after pictures is often helpful at assessing your results.
