I’m a life long athlete, used to be part of the national team in gymnastics and did many years ballroom dancing. Nowadays I’m in to bodybuilding and heavy lifting. In my yearly teenage years I discovered that I have hypothyroidism, which had caused me to gain weight, in spite of training everyday. Once I got a good medication the weight started to come off, but after i got more in to bodybuilding I started to lose fat and well, there went my boobies as well. I used to have quite large breasts, E cup. Which then downsized to DD and then D, in my before I think I’m about a small c or b :( plus I lost all the roundness and the shape. I’ve wanted to get my boobs done for years already. And now it’s finally done! I’m super excited to see the outcome and to be able to not wear a bra anymore, especially in the summer! My surgery was yesterday the 21st of November 2018. My surgeon had two options for the size, either 400cc high profile or 410cc ultra high profile, which he chose in the end. I have quite large pectoral muscles, which is probably why he went with the highest possible profile. Updated on 23 Nov 2018: I have this now almost constant burning sensation in my right nipple incision. It’s very painful. I’ve had almost no pain at all until yesterday noon as I was trying to get up I felt this horrible burning feeling. It’s only on the right side, and it kept me awake last night. I was unable to change my position even a tiny bit for hours, couldn’t even move my head. That made me worried and wonder if I made a mistake by doing this. The painkillers help a little. My breasts also feel more swollen and tighter now, since the nurse removed the bandages and put me in the surgical bra I feel like my boobs have fallen on the sides more. Also they feel very ticklish all the time. Hopefully next night will be better. Updated on 25 Nov 2018: It’s been 4 days since my surgery. Feels like I have 2 balls under my skin, no pain except the stinging in the right nipple incision. I feel a lot of pressure on both breasts, and now they’ve gone more numb all around, which feels weird. Im so tired of this uncomfortable feeling all the time, I just feel like wanting to take them off! Like a bra after a long day lol. Anyway I guess they’re looking fine. Although they do look like just 2 hard balls, can’t wait for them to drop and get squishy. Updated on 26 Nov 2018: I had my first post op appointment today. Everything went well, I got to see my nipples for the first time since the operation and I was surprised how good they look. The left one is a bit more “bumpy” than the right one, but they’ll only get better now. My doctor seemed very happy for the results so far. Updated on 26 Nov 2018: Forgot to add pictures in the last post. Updated on 13 Dec 2018: a few pictures of the progress. They’ve dropped nicely but I hope they wouldn’t drop more.. just waiting for them to get even softer.
In my opinion the size and the incision place are good. Don't go higher volume because your skin seems to have poor quality.
