It really depends on what is bothering you exactly. Your upper eyelids look slightly droopy in the pictures but that may be related to the angle of photographs. If it were the case... a ptosis repair might help. One of the lower eyelids also looks slightly uneven. You may benefit from a lower lid tightening procedure. Fillers may be an option of under eye hollows. General speaking keloids around the eyes after eyelid surgery is unusual. A in office evaluation by a oculoplastic surgeon in the UK is where I would start to discuss some of your concerns. Difficult to tell from pictures alone. Your eyelid height looks pretty symmetrical but you have a little extra skin on the left with a lower positioned brow.  Your right brow is higher... whether thats compensatory  brow muscle action or just asymmetry that is better evaluated with an in office consultation. If it is true ptosis then a blepharoplasty would not address that... you would need ptosis surgery. If you are concerned about extra skin then a blepharoplasty is needed. Good luck I would recommend you seeing an oculoplastic surgeon to help navigate you through these subtleties.

The pictures could be of better quality and more information is needed but it looks like you had two different conditions going on prior to surgery. The right eye is ptotic (droopy eyelid due to the levator muscle). This may be due to poor muscle function, damage to the muscle, a nerve problem, or stretched "tendon". Your brow appears to be compensating on the right side by elevating to lift up the ptotic (droopy) eyelid. What was said about the right side prior to surgery? The left side appears to have extra skin which gives the impression of a droopy eyelid. There are differences between the two conditions even though the general public will call both of these conditions "droopy eyelid". You could return to your surgeon to discuss what to do with the right eye as it might be appropriate to do a ptosis surgery. That obviously would come from a face to face discussion and not over the internet. If it is determined you truly have ptosis of the right eyelid you should see specifically an oculoplastic surgeon who is comfortable with this condition, evaluation and type of surgery. 

The scar should heal with time but needs to be monitored.

It appears you are concerned about your droopy left upper eyelid. If you were to scrutinize anyone's face you probably would be able to find some degree of facial asymmetry. Sometimes it is easier to spot the asymmetry in the eyes as this is the focus of attention in many people. Surgery is certainly an option and sometimes even botox may help.

This is most likely just due to normal changes that have happened to you over time. However If this lid droop is something that just happened recently or associated with any other signs or symptoms, I would recommend a thorough evaluation by an oculoplastic surgeon. Good Luck!

It is not at all unusual to have some irregularities of the incision line at 9 days post-operatively infact some people can have it a lot longer than that. Everyone is different so its hard to give an exact time line of when it will go away. Most of these just need time to heal. I think you should be okay in the long run. I would definitely discuss it with your surgeon the next time you see them. Hope this helps.
