The O shot will make achieving orgasm easier, and it is certainly a treatment indicated for women who have never reached orgasm. As far as the dryness issue, you may have some improvement in the anterior vaginal wall area (front aspect of the vagina), if that is injected, but my feeling is that the lubrication issue may best be improved with vaginal rejuvenation using fractionated CO2 laser. This will cause remodeling of all surfaces of the vaginal wall, causing new blood vessels to form. I think you should have both for the best outcome.
Chemical Peels can be tricky for individuals prone to hyperpigmentation. That being said, your best bet for a favorable outcome is proper preparation: your skin must not be tanned, should be using sunscreen with at least an SPF of 30, must be off all retinoic acid or retinol-containing products for one week, and you should be on a prescription-strength topical lightener two weeks prior to the peel. For at least two weeks after the peel and sometimes longer, you should continue the topical prescription-strength lightener and sunscreen. As far as choosing the best peel for oily or acne-prone skin, you should opt for a Beta-salicylic acid peel, as the salicylic acid tends to be the best to reduce oil. Hope this helps!
Yes, it is safe to use all the muscles to make facial expressions immediately after Botox. In fact, many Dermatologists encourage it!. By contracting your muscles of facial expression, you are helping the muscles to actually uptake the Botox exactly where it is intended. You are correct that Botox can migrate. For this reason, I often tell patients not to rub the treated areas or exercise for at least four hours post-procedure. Some physicians advocate not lying down for four hours.
As far as laser resurfacing is concerned, Erbium-YAG is fairly superficial and is classified as a semi-ablative treatment. It targets and removes superficial skin and also causes a minimal amount of collagen remodeling and tightening (as opposed to the more powerful CO2 ablative laser). In targeting superficial skin, Erbium:YAG does a nice job of removing brown spots, and addressing skin texture. Chemical peels do the same thing, but use different "acid" components to achieve these ends. Unless you are getting a medium depth or deep chemical peel, you are addressing the most superficial aspect of the skin in both cases.
