Just to give you a bit of back round. I had surgery for a deviated septum about 10 years ago and it was horrible, I swore I would never do it again; I ended up on Affrin, it was my way of life and I had bottles everywhere. Dr. Ummat was kind, compassionate, and responded with a quick appointment if the nasal tubes needed to be cleared. Within two weeks I no longer needed Afrin to breathe and have not used it since. I am breathing normally, with more energy, and sleeping through the night. This process from the beginning was about making my quality of life better. Dr. Ummat is dedicated to patient care, treated me with respect, and was never in a hurry. He, the nurses, office staff and anesthesiologist were exceedingly professional, experienced, and reassuring. I highly recommend Northwest Face to anyone who is suffering from a breathing disorder and encourage you to visit with them before you make any decisions; they will change your life and you will be happy with the results.
