Hello! This is difficult because skin care requires a commitment. Quick results come with the trade off of longer healing times, so you would need to factor this in. These would be fraxel, CO2, medium chemical peels- each 5-7 day healing times. I'm always in favor of a great skin care regimen: SPF, Vit C, retinA 1 month prior to any major skin treatments (make sure to stop 1-2 weeks prior to treatment) to establish good skin habits. If you were wanting no healing time, the above regimen would yield nice results in 6m to 1 year if used daily.
I would recommend an evaluation with a Board certified|eligible Plastic surgeon to see if your implant needs repositioning or upsizing. It could even be possible to remove implant and replace with your own fat, which is a lovely natural way for rejuvenation. Filler near implant is not contraindicated, but carries a risk of infection. An infected implant can be quite unpleasant and require long term antibiotics or removal. If you were to go that route, most definitely get your fillers done by a Plastic surgeon. Hope this helps!
Eyelid skin is the thinnest of the body and unfortunately will show your age first. Dark circles or puffy bags under the eyes begin appearing in the 30s when the elasticity of the skin weakens. Unregulated sleep hygiene, high stress working environments, and parenting are a few reasons why this may occur. Eye creams can help but as we age their efficacy decreases and they can be expensive. The most definitive way to make eyes more youthful is eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty, if you are a candidate. Other non surgical methods, which can be quite effective are fat or filler injections, but an evaluation with a Board eligible|certified Plastic Surgeon is highly recommended. Hope this helps!
