This looks like it would be easily treated with IPL or BBL, both of which are used to treat dark/pigments lesions.  You must take care to stay out of the sun before treatment, so many don't do it during summer months because of sun exposure.  You should definitely be examined by a physician to confirm the diagnosis before starting any treatments.

We have been performing Ultrashape for a few months now in our clinics.

In this industry, lots of grandiose promises are made whenever new treatments are debuted and typically we see the best 2-3 patients' results when they are pitched.  Very often, most people's results are not comparable to the ones achieved during testing or people require extra treatments to achieve the same result, HOWEVER...

Ultrashape is the REAL DEAL!  We have been getting results that have made our jaws drop.  We have been pairing Ultrashape along with Velashape and the results are nothing short of amazing and they happen quickly!

There is ZERO down time, pain or complex post-procedure care needed.  It only works on subcutaneous fat (i.e., between the skin and the muscles) and not fat inside the abdomen, so if you have significant intra-abdominal fat or even bloating, this will not be improved with Ultrashape.

I highly recommend it as a non-surgical method for permanent fat reduction - especially if paired with Velashape to tighten up the ares treated.

Latisse will not cause you to get a sty.  It is a sterile solution.  It can, however, cause darkening of the skin along the hair follicles of the eyelashes which is harmless. Many people wear eyeliner there anyway and don't care and some don't experience this effect at all.

While this can be caused by too low an injection in the crow's feet, I feel that it is most commonly caused by injecting too DEEP into the crow's feet in the lower region, near where the Zyg. major and minor insert under the orbicularis mm that causes the crow's feet.  Crow's feet injections can be kept very superficial (just under the skin) because of the location of the muscle and how thin it is and they will still have the desired effect without affecting the smile.  This will likely wear off soon because you received such a low dose.
