For the longest I want a tummy tuck and I finally did it. So excited for what's to come! This is my fourth day and I'm feeling great just a little achy when I have to lay, sit or get up. Cant wait for the next few months
I can not say enough great things about Dr. Fallek and his NJ office staff. I went to him and another doctor for skin removal and an inner thigh lift the two doctors worked on me together. After the initial surgery Dr. Fallek was the one who worked on my revisions and I am so happy he did. Dr. Fallek is so nice and personable and has a great bedside manner. I have seen a few different plastic surgeons and Dr. Fallek is the best. He actually listens to you and does everything he can to make you happy with your decisions and results. I even left messages for him while out of the office and he gets back to you right away, you’re in good hands with him from start to finish. His nurse/assistant Christina is very funny and makes you feel like a friend and truly cares about how you are feeling while in the office. The receptionist Natalie at the front desk is so sweet and always accommodates you with the dates and times you need to be seen. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fallek if your looking for a doctor who will give you amazing results.
I love that the doctor took the time to explain the procedure. His staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable. - I would highly recommend Dr. Fallek -and his prices are reasonable. My overview experience was amazing .
I went here for the first time ever recently for a lip augmentation and my experience was phenomenal. Dr. Fallek really impressed me with his work and left me with amazing results. I had minimal bruising and swelling with very little pain. Cristina is just AMAZING and truly goes above and beyond her work! I would recommend this place to anyone.
Doctor Fallek committed a miracle when he redid a terrible tummy tuck. Not only did he repair the previous damage but, he made a new belly button for me and removed all the fat that was left in my back, thighs, and stomach from the previous surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Fallek to all my friends and family and will use him again when the time comes. Great surgeon who cares.
Good morning to all! Had my labs and EKG done today just waiting for the Doc to call with results. Hoping all went well the nurse said my heart rate was a little low but hopefully all is well, wish me luck! If all goes well I will be in recovery this time next Friday. I'm so excited soon Instead of talking about getting it done I will be posting pro- op pictures! Yah me Updated on 3 Sep 2013: Ok I received good news today my nurse Chris called today and said that all my labs were good! Ooh now I'm super excited three more days and I will have the curves that I've been wishing for. It's on now went out today to get a little more items that I'm going to need, but still not finished hopefully I can complete the rest tomorrow! I'm glad I started getting everything a couple of pieces at a time or else I would be broke. But in the long run its all worth it anything for me I believe I deserve this! Updated on 6 Sep 2013: Ok rested a little have to say the product make me heal is an excellent item to have before and after the procedure practically no bruising minimum pain, that along with pineapple juice! The nurses was surprised when I woke from my well needed sleep my first question to them is when can I eat lol. Every single one of the nurses were excellent glad I chose Palisades wasn't getting good reviews but I found them to be great thanks ladies. Ok judgement is still in on Dr Fallek so far everything looks good! Ok here are the post op pictures tell me what you think and please be honest. It still a lot of swelling going on but hopefully it will get better! Updated on 6 Sep 2013: I will post some better ones in a couple of days, when the swelling goes down a little more. Updated on 12 Sep 2013: Ok it's been a week now after my procedure, I am looking at my results right now and I'm not very happy with them. In the beginning it looked fine probably because I was still under the anesthia, but looking now the butt is not is big as I was hoping for and at the bottom it still looks flat no projection at all and it still looks square my waist still looks the same no curves wow!!! All I can do is look and cry! Why me seems like every time I go for a procedure and spend all this money I get .uck.. And the bad part about it this time is that I did my research for over a year! Dang I go back to Dr. Fallek on Monday I have to let him know that I am miserable with this outcome don't get me wrong he's an excellent Dr. But not for this procedure . Still wish it could of been a little bigger but we will see still a little swollen in the stomach and hoping the ass will drop and fluff but I guess I have to be patient. I know for a fact the I will be going for a round two but like I said I'm trying to wait for the final results before I take that leap! Still hopeful Updated on 14 Oct 2013: I think I'm going for a round 2 I will go to DR this time around! I had 20 vials of sculptra in my butt, but to be honest I barely notice the difference. Another clinic told me that they may have used not the real sculptra product since the cost ($8000 for 20 vials) was too cheap. I'm not sure if the product was legit or not, but I'm sure I did not get the result promised. The people at the clinic were nice and the doctor too.
I was not happy at all with my procedure with Dr. Fallek. I am still scarred from a procedure I had done in 2008. I did not even feel a difference. I did not have to buy any new clothing or bras after this procedure. I regret doing this procedure with Dr. Fallek. He and his office conveniently lost my record. This was a bad experience all around. Do not go to him, there are better surgeons.

Buccal fat pad removal would certainly reduce the volume and width of your lower face. On the first picture you demonstrate a fullness right where the buccal fat pad is located. It's a simple procedure with very little downtime done under local anesthesia and would be my first choice for your concerns.
