I had been wanting larger breasts for years and now after 3 kids they became even more deflated. It was hard to feel sexy when I couldn't even fill an a-cup bra. I didn't want to look like a 12 year old girl anymore. Also after breastfeeding the nipples had become large and sagging. For my small breasts and size I wanted a youthful Perkier nipple. I wanted a very subtle size that would not look fake. Just wanted to get up to a real b-cup that could fill in some clothes and bathing suits and feel sexy again with the husband. I had small silicone round implants put in behind the muscle, got exactly the natural, soft look I wanted. I didn't even tell anyone in my small town outside the city. I just look and feel better withou an obvious huge change. The nipples look great also. Recovery time was much better than some friends had told me about. Back to normal activity in a couple of days while still taking some pain meds.

My surgery was a mini tummy tuck- I was so tired of always having a pot-belly from the pregnancy, nipple reduction -I had large nipples that were always at-attention, and breast augmentation- being an A-cup, and then after breast feeding, my used to be small but perky breasts were no longer perky and I always dreamed of being a nice C. cup! I am now 5 months post-op and very happy with the healing results as well as the continued follow-up care.  My belly is super flat, with relatively small scar, breasts look wonderfully natural, and the reduced nipple size is brilliant and perfectly sexy.Updated on 4 Oct 2012:A year and a half after my surgery and SOOOO HAPPY my results. I have zero regrests and zero cons to report. I feel sexier then ever and sex life is better then it's been in years. It was So very worth every it!

I had my surgery performed in March 2010. I had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation and liposuction. Honestly, it was life changing for me - after the birth of my child I was extremely unhappy with my appearance, everything just went south. I am an active and fit individual but sadly not everything bounced back after childbirth. The recovery is a bit tough - the breast aug really didn't bother me but the tummy tuck was tough!And honestly the hardest recovery was the lipo, my back was killing me for a long time from that. I was surprised at how painful that was - but not to scare anyone - a strong motrin did the trick. You definitely need to take 3 weeks off for this procedure. I'm a full time working mom so believe me I understand how difficult that can be - I went back after 2 weeks and I could barely get through the day. I only had one complication - one of my tt stitches got rejected and became infected (my fault I went into my pool before it properly healed). The tt scar is pretty serious but now it has faded pretty nicely and looks good. I now look in the mirror and (honestly) stare at the new me - I'm thrilled with the results - and (haha) so is my husband!

I had an abdominal lipo procedure many years ago. It wasn't perfect ( I had some unevenness), but I generally felt OK about it . I did not correct it as I got quite ill afterwords (unrelated) and didn't go back. As the years have progressed my stomach has really degraded – in addition to the unevenness I mentioned, I have lumps and creases and skin pulls causing wrinkles. It's really a mess – you can even see it through my bathing suit. I had no idea this could happen and finally got up the nerve to have the doctor look at it to see what, if anything, he can do to fix it. The office will not let me see him unless I pay a $200 consultation fee. I think this is wrong - I am a previous patient, and he may not be able to do anything at all, and I don't think it's right to pay $200 to have someone tell me that. They say he will only waive the fee if the procedure was within the last two years. Shame on him. What do you think?
