We should have read all the reviews about this office before scheduling an appointment. We seem to be one of many who have encountered a lack of professional practices within a health service office that treats their clients so poorly. Although this is a matter of staff related complaint, I can only assume the DR supports this behavior or would not let these complaints effect her reviews online and ultimately her reputation. The office personel were extremely rude and disrespectful to both my wife and I and when we asked to speak to an office manager, they lied about having one, placed us on multiple holds. When I said I would come to the office if I had to in order to resolve the matter, I was told I was threatening them and that the police would be called. In all our years of working with medical professionals this has to be one of the most unprofessional places we have ever encountered. They threatened to charging us a no show when we were calling to deal with a misunderstanding of the office closure due to a holiday. We were new patients and they treated us like we were solicitors calling them. I would steer clear of this dermatology office.
