Thank you for your question.  CoolSculpting should be fine when treating near this area.  We have CoolSculpted patients with a pace maker.  Not directly over it but near.  Coronary stents are not a contraindication for CoolSculpting.  It is best to get clearance from the managing cardiologist.  CoolSculpting has been shown to work on this area although CoolSculpting  is off label for gynecomastia in the U.S.  

Thank you for this question.  The typical protocol for transforming the sub mental (chin) area is one cool mini on each side of the chin, overlapping in the center where most of the fullness exists.  Variations from this protocol can be made to accommodate more or less tissue.  I have developed treatment plans for many people.  Some require the suggested plan of two minis (one on each side) overlapping in the center, others have needed three (one in the center, and one on each side, all overlapping). Finally, some patients only one in the center if the patient does not have enough tissue on each side,but they have fullness in the center.  An experienced CoolSculpting technician can evaluate you and create an individualized treatment plan.  Keep in mind CoolSculpting recommends two treatments for the true "WOW effect".  The added bonus is the CoolMini is FDA approved for skin tightening on the sub mental area.  You will get a tightening effect also!
