I have never walked out of a doc place and cried my eyes out but I did today, I came to see Dr. MOGHIS for my medical concern. She made me do all sorts of tests that I had to cover cuz my insurance didn't. She told me to schedule an appointment to help me figure out what I can do to manage this chaos and I had appointment to discuss the next steps. And today she didn't even see me. NP came to see me and didn't even know why I was there and didn't have my test results ready. I mean if you don't give a s*** about people, best to cancel the appointment than make them feel worse, trigger their anxiety and already low self esteem. I am feeling like I am in shambles and shaking. All they cared about was doing tests they are meant to oversell. I am shaking and crying my eyes out in my car. I feel so helpless and sad. I am definitely filing a lawsuit for malpractice n I am not the only one.
