I saw Dr. Ramanadham regularly for Botox, and I was never disappointed with my results. She is an absolutely phenomenal clinician! She is a knowledgeable and kind physician - a rare combination. I moved away from her practice and wish she had moved with me!
Dr. Ramanadham is one of the most skilled and compassionate doctors I have ever seen. She produced fantastic results with the treatments she recommended, and she also was clear in steering me away from other treatments that I thought I wanted but she didn't think I needed or would work well for me. I have seen her for botox treatments and skin care advice and treatments for over two years.
Dr Ramanadham is an amazing, knowledgeable plastic surgeon that made me feel comfortable and confident when deciding on having both my lips enhanced with Juvederm and my first time getting Botox. She really listened to what look I wanted to achieve (subtle/natural) and answered any questions and concerns I had. From the initial consult to post care I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. I got so many compliments after and refer all my friends and family to Dr Ramanadham!
Dr. Ramanadham is the first plastic surgeon I've seen for Botox and I've never looked back! She is kind, informative, and took the time to listen to my goals before mapping out a Botox plan. I used to feel a bit shallow for getting Botox, but after seeing Dr. R, my life has changed. My confidence has improved (along with my skin!) and I feel like the best version of myself. Although I'm only 35, I used to fear aging, but now I hold my head high and feel like I can conquer the world. Making an appointment with Dr. R. was the best choice of my life 3 years ago and I would advise the same for anyone looking for a plastic surgeon that is skilled, educated and above all else, values her patients over her paycheck.
Buccal fat removal is a great procedure in the right patient. It results in a chiseled, defined cheek contour and can slim your cheeks. Some surgeons believe that by removing this fat, some will look aged. There are other methods to slim the face, for example, botox to the masseter muscles. I would recommend consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to further discuss your concerns.
The type of scar all depends on your anatomy and where the excess skin is. If it is isolated to the upper thigh only, a horizontal incision may address your concerns and leave a less noticeable scar. If the excess skin extends further down your thigh then a vertical scar is recommended. This will remove the skin more effectively. Regardless of the type of scar, these scars will fade. You should always remember that with any body contouring surgery, there is a tradeoff between shape/contour and scars. I would recommend consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to further discuss your concerns.
I am sorry that you have gone through this. This occurs when too much skin is removed. This causes excess tension and stress in the area and pulls on the labia causing them to spread. The best way to address this is to replace that skin. The scar is released and a skin graft is placed. This will help with the webbing and spreading but will result in more scars. I would recommend consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for further consultation and evaluation.
The scars from a thigh lift completely depend on the location and amount of excess skin in the area. If the loose skin extend all the way down the leg, you might need a vertical scar to remove this excess. These will be seen in shorts or skirts or bathing suits. If the excess skin is located just in the upper medial thigh, a horizontal incision in the groin crease may be all that is needed. This is easily hidden but can migrate to a position lower than the crease and can occasionally cause the labia to spread. This essentially all depends on the surgical technique, your anatomy, and skin quality. Generally, any scar in the medial thigh has higher risks of opening in small areas or being slightly widened or poor quality because the skin is thinner in this area. Regardless of this, scars will fade over time and can be improved with laser or microneedling. I hope this helps. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for further discussion on the best technique for you.
It is very common to have fullness in this area. Every women is shaped different and there is wide range of normal anatomy. This area can be addressed through liposuction or surgery or the combination depending on your specific anatomy and if there is excess skin involved. Most often, liposuction alone with remove extra fullness in the area and allow the skin to contract/shrink. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and the options that would provide you the results you are looking for.
