He really crafts the nose around the aesthetic of the individual - each nose is unique. I particularly liked that Dr Zimmermann listened and was quick to advise if something was unrealistic during the consultation. The doctor used a computer software to visualize the face and together we walked through what could be done. Immediately after my in-person consultation (which was easy to arrange via WhatsApp) I booked my surgery. The surgery was a breeze - not much pain. During the surgery I also had several underlying issues with my breathing fixed - I had an aesthetic rhinoplasty and a functional rhinoplasty done at the same time. For some time I wanted to do a rhinoplasty, when I was small my nose was broken so I had a bone sticking out on the top.
