Friendly and Professional
He did what he was supposed to do. He was friendly and professional and at all times he will answer an email - even in the middle of the night. The doctor coaches the patient to swallow the balloon which was in my case a 10-minute procedure. It is not an evasive or difficult procedure.

I am what's known as a yo-yo dieter I would start a diet do it for a couple of weeks & then give up, the Elipse balloon has helped me break that cycle, now the balloon is out I am still enjoying a sensible eating plan & I feel loads better, I have more energy & I'm enjoying life again. I can't say the initial experience was nice but it was bearable & Simon was very good in making sure you understood what was going to happen, it was all done very quickly & professionally,
