Hello, thank you for reaching out to get some guidance after you recent treatment.  It is normal to ave increased redness the first few days after HALO, however developing pus-filled pockets may be signs of a skin infection.  It is important that you be evaluated by your provider to determine if you require antibiotics.  This should be started as soon as possible in oder to minimize the infection and get you on the road to healing.  Continue to follow all post-procedure instructions very closely and keep your skin hydrated and protected from sunlight.  You will heel just fine.

Hyperpigmentation can be frustrating after HALO, but know that it is usually not permanent.  Do not attempt to use any over the counter skin lighteners.  Contact your physician and let him know what you are experiencing.  He/she may prescribe a course of Hydroquinone to lighten the skin.  Also please be prudent about applying sunscreen with SPF 30 or retire, preferably containing zinc.  This should be applied every few hours with in direct sunlight.  It is important to continue protecting your skin from the sun for at least three months after your HALO procedure.  

Even with treating the hyper pigmentation, you will likely have excellent results and noticed an improvement in your skin overall. I hope this helps you some.

Absolutely, you can get an O-shot along with a diVa procedure.  In fact your results will be improved with the combination of the two procedures.  It is recommended to have three diVa treatments, space 4 weeks apart.  I typically will do an O-shot wth the first diVa treatment and consider a second one at the time of the third diVa treatment if the patient desires.  Most patients will require a repeat O-shot in 6-12 months.  The results of diVa should last approximately 12 months, especially if your hormones are also optimized.

Based on what you have shared in your question it sounds that you have lack of desire or decreased libido.  While both O-shot and diVa can increase sensation and sexual response, neither will increase libido. There are many factors hat contribute to sexual desire including hormone status, medications, physical health, psychological health, life stressors, relationship dynamics, and more.  In order to assist with identifying what is contributing to your sudden decreased desire for sex, seeking a provider who understands how to diagnose and treat sexual dysfunction and/or sexual dissatisfaction would be helpful.  

This is an excellent questions.  The diVa vaginal laser treatments build upon one another and best results are achieved when those procedures occur 4-6 weeks apart.  There are instances when it may not be possible to adhere to this timeline.  Stretching an extra 2-3 weeks should not have a negative impact on your final results, as long as you complete all three treatments.

It is important to understand however that everyone is different.  A person with thin tissue, moderate urinary leakage symptoms, and low hormones  may not have the same leeway to stretch out her treatments as a person who already has some healthy tissue and minimal symptoms.
