Dr Aminpour is such a great doctor and really good guy as well. I've had sinus issues my whole adult life. I was always told it was allergies. I recently saw Dr Aminpour and found out I had a deviated septum, among other issue. He did a septoplasty procedure and I feel better than I have in a long time. Dr Aminpour and everyone on his staff are very kind and professional. It feels good to breathe clearly. So a little bit after my surgery I had an issue with my voice. I went to see Dr Aminpour. He saw a little cyst on my vocal cord. He immediately took out his cell phone and called the vocal cord expert (Dr Aaron Feinstein) directly. Straight up baller move. I was in Dr Feinstein's office by the end of the day. I can't say enough about how lucky I feel to have Dr Aminpour looking out for me
Worst experience with staff and scheduling I've ever encountered. Arrived 10 minutes early as requested for a 3pm appointment. I sat in the waiting room until 4:18 and then sat again in the patient room for 30 more minutes. You should only come here if you are desperate and have a couple of hours to waste!! SMH. I didn't see Dr. Aminpour until 4:50 PM. Apparently one of the office staff was eavesdropping on a conversation I was having quietly with my wife on the telephone when I mentioned to her that I had written the yelp review above. So instead of acting like a professional he came in screaming at me and asking angrily why I wrote him a bad Yelp review just now. I was going to explain that I felt his staff should realize he was running 90 minutes late and they should have been calling the rest of his appointments for the day to let them know how late he was running but I couldn't get a word in edgewise - he started shrieking and yelling angrily waving his arms and insulting me calling me names and then he turned into the Jekyll & Hyde character and went absolutely ballistic and had a [RS Bleep] meltdown screaming at me about his broken ankle and how he hadn't had lunch and that I should never step foot in his office again. I listened to him berate me for a solid 5 minutes speaking to him in a calm and cordial tone hoping to cool him down. But he wouldn't have it. He got off his chair and advanced toward me in my wheelchair and screamed that I should be ashamed of myself for having the audacity to complain publicly. All of this happened with a waiting room full of patients. This doctor needs to be evaluated for competency and to learn how to deal with his anger issues. His demeanor is abhorrent and scary & his staff is rude. He did nothing medically to/for me and I believe he will try and bill the insurance for this visit.Fortunately I have a full audio recording of his rant and tirade and also of the remarks his staff made to me subsequently as I was exiting.
