I am an incredibly active 48 year old mother of 6. I have an active job, I run, teach yoga, attend fitness classes. The incontinence was out of control. She talked to me like a human, gave me unlimited time, and said she thought she could help. I was willing to try anything before surgery, and when she said she had used Geneveve herself and honestly thought it could help, I agreed to do it. The treatment was done in a one hour office visit and I had two treatments the same day... one for the bladder and one for vaginal tightening (yes, I needed help there too! Babies are hard on you!) that were 1/2 hour each. Literally NO downside. The treatment itself felt no pain or discomfort. I am not kidding! Zero!! Dr. Kshettry performed the treatments herself and we just chatted and got to know one another. Post treatment there we no side effects, no cramping, no bleeding. I had a little more discharge for a day or two and then was fine. The incontinence is literally gone. It has been almost 90 days, but I felt the benefits immediately and only watched them increase. I did this procedure for skin tightening under the eyes. I have done 2 sessions with 3 visits in each session. It really did help firm up that eye area..I will continue visits Dr k. I have also done Botox. It's an amazing privilege to be able to visits her practice.she makes the visit relaxing , comfortable and welcoming.

I started botox with Dr. Kshettry in my mid-40's. I live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle, but felt I was looking older than I felt... I had the typical "11" frown lines between my eyebrows and wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes. I wanted to look natural and still wanted movement and to have expression. Dr Kshettry & I discussed doing the geneveve & o shot. There was no pain. The procedure was not long. I couldn’t believe the difference in feeling & look. After the o shot I saw an immediate difference. The geneveve had some immediate and then improved even more over time! It is phenomenal. I feel more confident and solid. No one tells you things change down there as you age. This reversed it all.

She understood my issues right away. She explained thoroughly about my procedure. My procedure was very comfortable and I had no pain and downtime. Knowing Dr. Kshettry’s proficiency in laser therapies, I chose to have laser spider vein removal on both legs before the veins got larger and more problematic. The numbing cream made much of the treatment painless, although a few of the zaps felt like a hot snapping sensation. Dr. Kshettry’s soothing bedside manner was very reassuring during the unpleasant moments! I wore compression stockings for a several days after the procedure to reduce the temporary discoloration of the areas that were treated. I’ve had zero long-term hyperpigmentation. Dr. Kshettry recommended that I have the treatment in autumn knowing that It would take a few months for my legs to return to their normal skin tone. This has proven to be a permanent solution for the veins that were treated, however, since then, I’ve developed a few new spider veins. I’ll be repeating the laser spider vein procedure every few years to eliminate the spider veins as they appear.

I was feeling like my body was beginning to betray me. Although my personal relationship continued to be wonderful, my interest in physical intimacy was reaching all-time lows. I just wasn't ready to say goodbye to that special closeness that I shared with my partner. Thankfully Dr. Kshetry was able to recommend a few things, one being the O-Shot, and I'm feeling like I did when I was in my twenties. I am so enjoying the closeness and intimacy with my partner once again!
