Generally results are better with at least three treatments of Microneedling one month apart and one PRP. This works well for fine lines, resurfacing and acne scars. It can be done on all skin types. Very little downtime. It is also preventative for future fine lines and wrinkles, with good maintenance program.

Yes you can wash your face 6 hours after Botox. However do not massage the areas where Botox is placed as it can spread to wrong muscles. It is a liquid form and is suppose to bind with muscles , where it is placed.You can apply makeup too thereafter.

Itching and tingling after Labiaplasty is very normal at three weeks. It occurs from sutures. It can take six weeks after surgery to go away. You can use topical cortisone cream sparingly twice per week for short duration or Zyrtec at night to help relieve symptoms. It will go away on its own.

Nine days after Labiaplasty you still have a lot of swelling and bruising. Most of the time dissolving sutures are used and they dissolve in about four weeks. Permanent sutures need to be taken out before two weeks. Keep the area clean and follow up with your surgeon every two weeks until healed completely. They can advise you the best as progress in healing occurs.

I would wait for eight weeks at least after Labiaplasty as the surgical site with waxing can be very painful. Make sure all areas are well healed by six weeks postop. If you need to wait longer it is fine.

I am an incredibly active 48 year old mother of 6. I have an active job, I run, teach yoga, attend fitness classes. The incontinence was out of control. I did this procedure for skin tightening under the eyes. I have done 2 sessions with 3 visits in each session. It really did help firm up that eye area..I will continue visits Dr k. I started botox with Dr. Kshettry in my mid-40's. I live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle, but felt I was looking older than I felt... Knowing Dr. Kshettry’s proficiency in laser therapies, I chose to have laser spider vein removal on both legs before the veins got larger and more problematic. The numbing cream made much of the treatment painless, although a few of the zaps felt like a hot snapping sensation. Dr. Kshettry’s soothing bedside manner was very reassuring during the unpleasant moments! I wore compression stockings for a several days after the procedure to reduce the temporary discoloration of the areas that were treated. I’ve had zero long-term hyperpigmentation. Dr. Kshettry recommended that I have the treatment in autumn knowing that It would take a few months for my legs to return to their normal skin tone. This has proven to be a permanent solution for the veins that were treated, however, since then, I’ve developed a few new spider veins. I’ll be repeating the laser spider vein procedure every few years to eliminate the spider veins as they appear.
