My nose wasn’t specially bad to begin with but I didn’t like my tip and it was slightly upturned naturally. Dr Shahram decided we didn’t need to break it and he shaved down the bone and fixed my tip perfectly. His noses look amazing because he fits them to your face. Even my family didn’t know I had a nose job because it looks like my original nose just tweaked to be perfect for my face.
