Dr S. Aggarwal had to bring to the table all his resources & skills as a plastic reconstructive surgeon when he decided to help me become a whole woman after a radical mastectomy left me with a “Hiroshima like site on my right breast”. The final symmetry of the two breasts- my new breast is bigger than the intact one- was done on 23/08/2013. That was when he liposuctioned my flanks & inner thighs & fat grafted my left breast. I could never thank Dr S. Aggarwal enough for the new lease of life he has given me. I am now living my best life all thanks to him. He is really my Champion.

I had my surgery done by Dr. Shagun Aggarwal a few months ago. I will highly recommend him and his team for your needs. He removed a massive lipoma from the back of my neck. The surgery, post op.care and recovery went really smooth. I wish I had gotten the surgery done sooner. His team is highly qualified and efficient. A big thanks to Micheala and Micheal for their help and getting the paperwork done. I did not have to worry about anything at all.

Choosing Dr Shagun Aggarwal and the staff at Mode Plastic Surgery for my breast augmentation was one of the greatest decisions I have made. He listened intently to me, wrote down all the necessary information of my past medical history and gave plenty of helpful advice and information about this surgery.

After my first consultation I felt so much more at ease. I walked away with a folder full of information to read before I made my final decision. I decided to undergo breast reconstruction again and thank god I did.

On the day of the operation I was very nervous but Dr Aggawal helped put my mind at ease and of course I had nothing to worry about. The post operative care was exceptional. If I ever had any concerns I could contact Dr Aggarwal by mobile anytime. The Healite Therapy treatment mostly performed by Karyn, the practise nurse, to improve skin healing time was fantastic. As a result, I am more than happy with the result and I actually look better then ever.

I just love the team in the office. They are so friendly but professional and discreet. I would also like to thank Michael as he was always a joy to chat to which made me feel at ease. Also, Karyn, the practise nurse, such a sweet and caring person.

I understand breast implants aren’t forever but would not hesitate going back to Dr Aggarwal again - actually I would only go to Dr Aggarwal now.

From the moment I met Dr Aggarwal I felt confident he was listening to my concerns and was suggesting a procedure that would address those concerns, whilst also taking into account how to manage the operation around my other commitments. The procedure was a full abdominoplasty which addressed a ventricular hernia. The care his team offered was second to none. I would have no trouble recommending him.

Dr Aggarwal performed my DIEP breast reconstruction and I couldn’t be happier with his skills and my results. He is friendly, approachable and his attention to detail is impeccable.

I chose Dr Aggarwal for breast implant revision, and could not have chosen better. I'm very impressed with the results. The revision was to correct a problem with the old implants that emerged after a decade having them. What Dr Aggarwal achieved wasn't just to fix the issue, but to make them even better than what I'd had before the problem.

The first thing you notice with Dr Aggarwal is his impeccable bedside manner. He takes the time to listen, understand, document your situation and choices, and explain, providing plenty of information as guidance and tailoring that guidance to what you want as you make decisions about the procedure. This goes beyond just putting you at ease: it means he ensures patient and surgeon are on exactly the same page regarding surgical decisions and expected outcomes before anything is done.

As a surgeon, Dr Aggarwal is downright excellent. He has a focus on professional perfection - both in terms of artistry and the evidence-based technical aspects. Yet, at the same time, he is very committed to ensuring you get what works for you. I put limitations on what would have been objective perfection, wanting to avoid risks I wasn't ready to take. He appeared to take my limitations as a professional challenge to make things as perfect as possible while absolutely working within them. Exactly what I wanted in a surgeon, and the outcome was the best I could have imagined.

Dr Aggarwal's team is likewise excellent, from receptionists to the anaesthetist he chose to work with for my surgery. Everyone is friendly and considerate, and take pains to ensure you feel comfortable. Meeting the surgical team prior to the operation reaffirmed for me I'd made the right choice. Their knowledge, their responsiveness to questions and concerns, and their blend of efficiency and ability to take the time to ensure all is answered and explained, speaks of great skill and experience. I have never been anaesthetised or intubated so well, which is a weird-sounding compliment, but it genuinely impressed me. I had a couple concerns regarding anaesthetic and intubation. They were listened to, and I woke up with no issues, not even a sore throat.

My procedure was not the simplest nor easiest, but it was undertaken with admirable skill and commitment. For me, it takes a lot of trust to go into lala land and let other people make changes to my body, and Dr Aggarwal and his team more than demonstrated that trust well-placed. I cannot fault a thing, not even about smaller matters such as post-op care or communication with the surgeon. I am very pleased and have zero complaints about any of it. Would recommend without caveats.
