I had a great experience at WOOA with Dr Lee and Minji, my English translator. The clinic was impeccably clean, staff were all very welcoming and warm (many spoke a little English or used phones to help translate in real time). I asked lots of questions via WhatsApp before traveling and confirmed my appt, never felt pressured and my concerns and goals were heard. At the clinic it was a very smooth in-take process and Dr Lee is a very accurate and conservative Dr so I appreciated him addressing my goals and making the best recommendation and plan of action. The waiting and patient holding areas were very comfortable and staff kept me (and my partner waiting in the lobby) well informed throughout the process. Minji was absolutely amazing, helpful, answered all my Qs with Dr Lee and both her and the staff made me feel at ease as I was very nervous going under. Overall, for a big decision to do this surgery traveling to Seoul, I am so pleased with WOOA and Dr Lee for the straight forward communication, built trust (I never felt like I was being”upsold” and my specific Qs were answered and addressed based on my goals), and I love the results so far!

Dr. Lee did such a good Job with my nose. My nose was really big and wide, but he made IT smaller and prettier. He was very patient when i explained what i wanted. I showed him my inspo and he tried his best to combine my wishes with what would look good with the rest of my face.
