My experience was first class, from start to finish it was so professional, from pick up, to hotel and hospital was excellent. And then there’s dr serhan he is just brilliant,he knew exactly what I wanted from the start after seeing my nose, and also told me he would correct my breathing problems on one side before altering the shape of my nose, this doctor knows his stuff and is a true professional in his work, I’m so glad I found dr serhan, thank you.

Two years post-surgery, after a rough healing process, my nose is wider and I CAN NOT BREATHE through nose. Before surgery, I had at least five examinations confirming no structural issues and don't have thick skin, just a minor cartilage adjustment at the tip. Despite this, the surgeon later blamed the poor outcome on my nose structure, thick skin, inflammation, and finally blamed it on post-care, trying to avoid responsibility. I chose him because of lower pricing and misleading reviews and ads. He removed a lot of cartilage and REPLACE it with ARTIFICIAL material that’s now collapsing. The side profile may look okay, but the front view is poorly shaped, with uneven and blocked nostrils and it is deforming. He was unavailable and the nurses were unskilled and couldn’t communicate. One scratched my eye while applying cream, and we had to go to the emergency room at our own expense because Dr was not available even for a phone call for the next three days. His sales and marketing and photography team creates impressive, but the surgical quality doesn’t match. Using lenses, photography skills, and carefully chosen angles, they create impressive before-and-after videos. I was under surgery for two hours, had major bruising with minimal improvement, and it felt like most of the time was spent on photoshoots. The hotel was outside of Taksim, with tiny rooms and heating issues. Traffic is heavy from 7am-10pm around and getting to Taksim. It took us 3.5 hour each way. offered transportation was limited and at incontinent timing. we ended up spending a lot more on Taxi.

I don’t recommend the surgeon Serhan Derin because he deceived about the surgical outcome. I sent inspiration photo to his assistant before my first nose surgery and was assured similar shape would be achieved, which was the result I paid for. My first surgery in March 2023 resulted in a completely different shape. He did changes to my nose without my knowledge and consent, such as very sharp nose tip and too thin bridge. He did my nostrils too different in size. I wanted a rounded nose tip like the one shown in the inspiration photo. My nose turned out much worse than how it looked originally. Making changes without the patients knowledge and consent is a very serious violation of medical ethics. Despite the severe harm it caused me, the very sharp tip was blamed on swelling even 7 months post-op. His assistant referred to my nose shape as "initial appearance," claiming it was too swollen and would change over time, even though it was 7 months after surgery. So that clearly seemed to be deceptive communication from her side intended to silence me so responsibility gets avoided. Before my first surgery she did an effort to make me choose him and she even used deceptive tactics to achieve her goal. It looks like they don’t have any issue with deceiving so Serhan Derin gets chosen, so it further leads to financial gain for them. I believed untrue information and suffered the consequences of it. After lots of effort and mentioning legal action, he accepted revision. At consultation for second surgery instead of acknowledging his mistakes he defended his prior unsuccessful work by saying such as “doing surgery is not the same as doing a haircut” as if that statement justifies that he delivered something completely different than what was agreed-upon. The outcome of the second surgery which was in February also failed to meet my expectations. The nosebridge was curved instead of straight, which wasn’t what was shown in the inspiration photo. The nostrils are still uneven, and the tip is still not quite as I wanted. Overall, the shape does not resemble the inspiration photo. Based on my experience, due to his failure to deliver agreed-upon results and lack of accountability, I strongly advise against choosing him. I got evidence against them from the chat which I can send if anyone is interested.
