Dr Rochlin and her staff immediately made me comfortable and welcome. During my consultation she educated me enough to come home, research, and attend my pre op appointment with confidence. I had my breast augmentation October 2021. I feel so lucky to have found someone so passionate and friendly to do a surgery that I've wanted for so long.
Can’t say enough GOOD about this doctor and her staff. She is REAL, and she and her staff REALLY care. I tend to be an anxious person, but my “maintanance” is very important to me. Whenever I feel anxious, Dr. Rochlin and her staff help me feel secure and well cared for. I’d never go to anyone else again!
Dr. Rochlin is a master injector and sculptor! I've been going to her for a couple of years and am always extremely pleased with my results after botox and filler. She listens to you and makes you feel comfortable. She doesn't rush you and always answers your questions. She genuinely cares about her patients and wants you to be happy after every procedure she performs. I had a previous rhinoplasty done by another surgeon that left my nostrils very uneven and it bothered me greatly. Dr. Rochlin fixed the asymmetry by injecting filler to the side of my nose that was left uneven. The filler helped to round out my nostril and created a more symmetric looking appearance which I was ecstatic with! I was so happy that I didn't have to go under the knife again and could get instant results with filler! If you've been considering a liquid nose job to correct bad rhinoplasty results or for any other reason, definitely go see Dr. Rochlin! She knows what she's doing and you'll leave her office grinning from ear to ear!!
Excellent! The staff are very warm and friendly .Knowledgeable in procedure . Good after care suggestions. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr very professional. I would recommend services to everyone!
I have been losing hair since my late 20s, started with the frontal hairline. After a baby two years ago, the crown hair started to go, fast. After three sessions of PRP with 2 tubes for each session, visually no difference in thickness and coverage. I observe some fussy peach hair on the crown and front, but nowhere can they be passable as "real hair". Maybe they will thicken over time, but they have not four months after my last session. So far, there is no big differences. YMMV but I do not recommend this procedure for Norwood 3 or higher, maybe just save up for a transplant.
I found Dr. Rochlin on here from someone else's reviews and made a consult visit. Within about 5 mins I knew she would be doing my breast augmentation. I had it done October 2014, it's June 2016 and I still love them! She did a fantastic job! I went with the mentor implants as they felt and looked the most natural to me and the company has a great reputation and stands behind their product.
2 syringes of Voluma It's been a week since I had my Voluma injections with Dr. Rochlin and I absolutely love my results! She knows what she's doing, she's like an artist sculpting your face. She genuinely cares about your concerns and addresses them. I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. It was quick and painless, I was in and out in less than 10 mins once she started injecting the Voluma. And this is coming from someone who hates needles! I will absolutely be coming back again in a couple months for more voluma and other procedures as well. Everyone at the office is very friendly and helpful, especially Sheryl at the front desk. I felt welcomed the moment i entered Dr. Rochlin's office, Thank you!
As years passed, I noticed the top eyelid "sagging" to the point it was folding. This folding was a result of genetics and aging sagging skin. By having the procedure (blepharotomy) it shaved years off my tired and aging appearance. Dr. Rochlin not only removed the much needed "sagging" skin, she gave me back the much needed energized youthful appearance.
I've been getting Botox treatments for over 12 years and during this time I've chased the Groupon "deals" and the coupon "deals". Trust me you get what you pay for. I felt as if a lot of these "deals" were over diluted Botox....During my chase I've had Doctors inject Botox and I've had PA's inject my Botox. Some would state I need more units for a longer lasting effect, and others have injected a lesser amount. Then, I found Dr. Semone Rochlin. She was upfront, honest, knowledgable, and listened to my needs and concerns. I have since referred many of my friends and neighbors to Dr. Rochlin. If you are tired of the run-a-round and want to get a true artist, Dr., and professional to inject your Botox, I would recommend Dr. Semone Rochlin.
I spent a long time searching and researching for a Dr to help me with my gender transition. Finding a Dr to perform a surgery like breast implants wasn't an issue, surprisingly enough every DR I spoke to would have done anything I wanted, whenever/wherever without even as much as asking my prior surgeries or for that matter my end goal! Right away I knew I found my soldier in this gender battle I had been fighting and completely alone up until I found my hero, Dr.Semone Rochlin in Scottsdale Az! she had a special plan made do for me. She explained that every patient in this journey has to do things in a certain pattern/order and what may have worked on a prior may not necessarily work the same for the next patient. She met with me privately, and purposely on a Time when the office wasn't soo busy to insure I'd feel very comfortable and at ease with her and with the staff-to which I did. Bed side manner is a huge deal to me, being treated with respect and kindness makes one feel equal or just like any other girl seeing the Dr. She first laid out the plan she felt best suited to my specific needs in transitioning from a genetic male to a fully functioning, beutiful and healthy female! Physically and even legally! First she suggested a healthy eating plan, as she put it, not a diet, not a quick fix but a healthier way of life. Then we decided to do an upper Blaphioplasty to remove the droopy skin that hung over my eyes causing me to look always appear tired and older in my appearance (though I was not young l, I was 39 at this point) then to really feminize my face to give me a more youthful female appearance she put in a medium size upper and lower lip implant, I wanted the Extra large ones but she said that to blend in and still give me that pouty sultry look/smile the medium was perfect, that the larger ones would look too fake and un natural, keep in mind I want to look like a beautiful woman not a freak show that everyone starred at. Next she contoured my jaw line and chin area by removing all the saggy loose skin from loosing weight and what just naturally occurred to me as I got older, the turkey kneck had to go LoL. She then did a very smooth, non agressive mid lift with a eye brow lift. Injected my cheek bone area with a semi permenate filler to show me whet I would look like with a check implant because I wasn't sure if I wanted the permenate high cheek bones. She also used Botox to help smooth out fine lines and wrinkles and did a chemical peal/facial at the end to really pull the look together! Again let me ad, there was little to no pain at all! The cost, which I really didn't care about because "Ladies" this is one area you don't want to be cheap on but the cost was soo much cheaper then her competitors that I was able to fly in my mom to help me with my recovery period because I had saved soo much! Now that I had a beautiful face, a face that I'm constantly told I look like Angeline Jolee/Pitt, she asked if I wanted to feminize my body before I went in for my construction of my Vagina or as they call Vaginal Plasty. Made sense! A lot of sense! She would take fat from my middle section, back, sides, flanks etc and inject in right back into my butt, thighs/hips giving me that perfect hour glass body and using the Gummie implants for a more natural look and feel. She stayted some of that fat harvested by Lipoing those areas may dicipate/dissapear or dissolve in time but a large portion will stay. And none taken would just shift back like my friends and I thought. So I may have to so it a few times but it was not at all expensive and really, what was my alternative? Have illegal silicone injected loosely into my butt and legs risking instant death or a pro longed, agonizing death if an infection occurred later on? Hell no! Ladies, there is a safer and more natural healthy way to feminize your face with fillers or fat transfer and yes even feminize your body by simply harvesting/transferring around your body's own natural fat to achieve that beautiful and feminine look we all want to achieve as Transgendered women. She was and is a wonderful Transitional Coach for Transexuals / Transgendered woman/girls who want a more femine look and appearance through a healthy lifestyle and safe, legal procedures that are cost effective, quick healing times by a well trained, knowledgable GLBTQ Dr who has been a voice to many when they had none!!! Thankyou Dr.Semine Rochlin, not just for performing all my surgeries, but Thankyou for a higher quality of life through acceptance and knowledge. You are not only a Doctor but truly you are an artist. Love, Amanda
I believe a filler such as Juvederm or Restylane injected into your right nostril area could help fill it out and give you a more symmetrical appearance. Both of these filers are made of hyaluronic acid but the results aren't permanent. The filler should last approximately 9 months and you will want to have more injected at that time to maintain the results. Either filler is a great non surgical option that will address your concerns. I would recommend consulting with a physician who performs non surgical nose jobs regularly.
Chemical peels can definitely help to fade any scarring and you could try a light chemical peel to see if that helps. If it does, then you could try a deeper peel, if needed. I would suggest protecting your skin by using sunblock everyday so the scar doesn't get worse. I also recommend using skincare products that can help lighten your scar. You will want to look for products that contain skin lightening ingredients such as hydroquinone, glycolic acid, vitamin C, and retinol. With the right skincare treatments and products your scar will fade and lighten.
I would recommend waiting until all the swelling has gone down in your nose. That could take another couple of months. I suggest you wait at least another 4 weeks before you consider filler for your nose. But I would ask your surgeon what they recommend. I don't perform rhinoplasty surgery but I do correct bad rhinoplasty results with fillers. Many patients have come to see me after they've been displeased with another surgeon's rhinoplasty results. They don't want to get any more surgery and are looking for non surgical options. Fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm are wonderful fillers for the nose. The procedure is quick, fairly painless and the results are immediate! I've been extremely pleased with using fillers as a non surgical nose job and my patients have been very happy with the results.
Microneedling with PRP definitely isn't like a relaxing facial and it can tend to sting and burn a little during the procedure. It shouldn't feel as painful as you're describing it though. I always have my patients put on a topical numbing cream before the treatment. I advise my patients to keep the numbing cream on for at least 45 minutes before we start the microneedling with PRP. The numbing cream I use has a mixture of Benzocaine, Lidocaine and Tetracaine and it greatly reduces any pain associated with the treatment. I would recommend that you ask for a topical numbing cream similar to the one I use to be applied to your skin at least 45 minutes before your procedure. You could also start taking Arnica pellets the day of your procedure. Hopefully that helps to substantially reduce the pain during your next treatment!
Yes, microneedling can definitely help with lessening the appearance of your surgical facial scars and it's much less downtime than most laser treatments. I would recommend combining the microneedling with PRP to get the best results. You may have heard of PRP being called a "vampire facial." This procedure includes drawing blood from your arm, separating the platelet rich plasma (PRP) from your blood, and then injecting it into your skin via microneedling. Microneedling alone definitely helps to promote collagen and elastin production but when you combine it with PRP the results are even more effective!! They are more effective because platelets are the elements of the blood that initiate healing anytime you cut yourself. They are called growth factors. They can stimulate new blood vessel formation, collagen and cell growth. I highly recommend PRP with microneedling as I've personally seen dramatic results for my patients with surgical scars.
