Dr. Sean is amazing! From the start, a thorough consultation addressing all my concerns; combined with his excellent , personable bedside manner. His expertise in the field, along with his artistic skills have left me beyond satisfied with my results. Furthermore, his post operative care and concern has been superb. I highly recommend Dr. Sean!
Dr. Sean is the best. I had some reservations and worries about having my procedure done. Not only did he totally put my mind at ease, but he gave me the confidence to be proud of my choices about my body. My only regret is that I didn’t come to Dr. Sean sooner! I can’t recommend him enough.
Dr. Saadat is the only person I trust to touch my face! He always does my lips so beautifully and naturally, and the botox he's done for me has been better than any I've gotten elsewhere. He always pays so much attention to detail and gives great suggestions/feedback as well. For example, the first time I got forehead botox from another practitioner, I felt my eyebrows droop, but when dr. Saadat did mine, he knew to inject below my brows as well to combat this effect! I'll never go anywhere else!
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding Botox services by an exceptional plastic surgeon, Dr. Sean! From the outset, the surgeon's kindness and curiosity set a welcoming tone, making me feel at ease. Their intelligence was evident as they explained the procedure thoroughly and in a manner that left me fully informed and comfortable. What truly stood out was the surgeon's gentle approach, making the entire experience pain-free. I can't recommend this surgeon enough, and I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit for more of their impeccable services.
Hi there, I specialize in rhinoplasty and based on the photos you would be a great candidate for an open septorhinoplasty. Your nasal tip is underrotated and underprojected so I would use some of your septum cartilage to help bring the tip out and give you a more balanced appearance to the nose. If interested in discussing more please visit my website and I’d be happy to see you for a virtual or in person consultation to discuss options and steps!
Hi, Based on the photos I think you would be a great candidate for an upper eyelid bleph and a lower bleph as well. Since you’re young and have nice skin quality the results will be even better and the lower lid can be done through the inner eyelid to make a scarless approach. I think it would really help you feel and look more refreshed and youthful.
Hi, Based on the before photos, it is very doable to get a deprojected tip with a rhinoplasty. I agree that your radix is already in a good position and that the focus would be more on bringing down the dorsum to match a deprojected tip. Rhinoplasty is my main specialty in plastic surgery.
Based on the photos I would not reccomend the closed approach for you. I have a great deal of experience with this type of nasal anatomy and it would be almost impossible to get a well defined tip and a controlled result with just a closed approach. Your nasal tip would need both deprojection and increased rotation and doing this through a closed incision would limit precision and likely result in an unsatisfactory cosmetic outcome. Would definitely reccomend and open approach. if you’re worried about the external incision, I have not seen that be an issue for any of my patients. Most of the incisions turn out to be virtually invisible after healing. Hope this helps!
Hi, although it’s hard to say without photos or knowing the exact technique used in the procedure, it would be very rare to have continued swelling over 2 years later. There is going to be general fluctuation in skin thickness based on salt intake, hydration etc but post operative swelling would be fully resolved by 2 years. The only thing to consider is if any foreign material (implants, plates, screws) were used you’ll want to be seen to evaluate for an underlying inflammatory or infectious issue. Otherwise it may just be the baseline of your nose now. Hope that helps
