Based on the photo provided it appears as if your tattoo has broken up slightly over time (from sun exposure/typically seen with older tattoos). Some of your skin is shown throughout the tattoo line-work which means the tattoo is not as heavy in ink. Your tattoo should remove fairly quickly, if pigment changes do occur from treatment it would be very minimal based on your skin type and corrects over time in between your sessions. 

With permanent makeup it is common for gray ink to change to a red color post laser treatment. This is due to the compounds used to make the permanent makeup ink. It is possible to remove this color with PicoSure technology, depending on the density of the ink it could take anywhere from 4-8 sessions. The color change is found directly post treatment one, following treatments will target the remaining ink.

Tattoo regret can happen at any time, sometimes as early as the day after a tattoo is completed. After the procedure, your skin will need time to heal. It is required for each patient to wait at least six weeks to start the tattoo removal process.
