My experience with this office staff has been nothing but pleasant. They respond to my health concerns immediately, return calls and texts within 24 hrs, and are overall extremely supportive and helpful. They also have the best prices out there, and for the service they give you, its a great investment.

I know that I’m overweight, as my PCP has been telling me to lose 10 - 12 lbs, and I think my body looks like “melted ice cream.” I needed a nudge, er, push, to activate my muscles. In mid-July, I spoke to Kiana at this med spa and inquired about the truSculpt ID and truSculpt Flex non-invasive technology, and she referred me to Ms. Chenoa Baker, an aesthetician. After my initial consultation with Ms. Baker, I signed up for the weight loss program with the truSculpt ID and truSculpt Flex procedures I was interested in. So far, I’ve undergone 4 truSculpt Flex muscle sculpting procedures and one truSculpt ID and I’m already feeling my more abdominal strengthening and my pant waistband isn’t as binding. Thanks to Chenoa Baker, I’m looking forward to making further improvements in my body shape and strength over the next 12 weeks!

I was very impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism at Thrive Med Spa. Dr. Scott Sanderson is very knowledgeable. He and Chenoa took the time to explain the procedure in detail, including the prep and recovery. They provide you with detailed prep and post skin care instructions and the products for each phase so that you get the best results. The Med spa is very clean with the latest equipment, and the location is central. Parking is validated.

Let’s face it, we’re all aging and we want to age beautifully and naturally. However, I admit that the passage of Time isn’t always kind to our physical appearance so when I saw Dr. Sanderson demonstrating the EndoLift and Silhouette PDO threading on a local news program, I was encouraged to make an appointment for further inquiry and assessment with Dr. Sanderson. At our initial consultation, Dr. Sanderson was welcoming and thoroughly explained the procedures, recovery, expectations (no, I wasn’t expecting to look like a 20 or 30 year old) and costs. It has been five months since having both procedures and I feel a new confidence as I look rejuvenated through Dr. Sanderson’s expertise.

Love the staff and procedures done here. Will Return when I’m needing a “lift”. Clean, good parking and best staff ever thank you. I have been to this office and few times and it always gets better. If you’re looking for a face lift alternative this is the place to go.

I love Dr. Sanderson - personable, professional, and has an eye for detail and natural aesthetics. I never feel like I am being “sold” anything at this office, & instead my best interests both short and long term are prioritized. The receptionist, Ashley is also super lovely and responds quickly (plus she always remembers to check my ALLE reward points which I love!)

I've been coming to Dr Scott for awhile and have always left feeling well taken care of ! The staff is super friendly. I have gotten hydra facial and masseter Botox here and 10/10 recommend. What I like is that the staff is never pushy on products or procedures and there is a more natural approach.

This is the place to go. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Sanderson is one of the best doctors in Hawaii. My first time with fillers and he made the whole experience great. No bruising the following day but love the results!
