All final recommendations will depend on actual physical exam.  From the look of the pictures, I believe you would benefit aesthetically from labioplasty and clitoral hood reduction.  

There are no contraindications for RA patients desiring SculpSure treatment.  However, if one has had Gold treatment for RA than it would be contraindicated as Gold will deposit into fat cells.  

The recommended time in between the sessions is 4-8 weeks.  I normally bring my patients back in 6 weeks for their subsequent treatments. 

Your labial tissue looks like it’s healing well.  Most discolorations can take up to 3 months to resolve.  You should see improvement in the next 2-3 weeks.
