Dr Sarah Tonks is actually quite good with fillers She is honest in what can be achieved and she doesn't try to push you to buy treatments. Instead she said no to me a couple of times and this is a good thing. The only thing that i wouldn't recommend is to follow her advice when she suggests other phisicians. I don't think she suggests them in bad faith or for any personal gain but i think that out there there are better options If you just want fillers you should be probably happy though (within the pros and cons of fillers of course)
I really can't say much apart from the fact Sarah is amazing. I've been coming to her for years, and always, always, come away impressed. Woman's a genius! I've had lots of different treatments and can honestly say I'll never go to anyone else.
i'm writing this review to Doctor Sarah Tonks even though i still didn't have any treatment with her. I went in for a consultation and she was so honest to tell me that, for my goals, surgery was my best bet. I'm planning to have surgery now and then i will definitely go to her for a twist
From having an initial consultation with Sarah, she provided honest and professional advice, talking through the procedure and helping any worries that I may have. The procedure itself was straight forward and high care was taken. Although I had bruising and swelling after, Sarah reassured me this was perfectly normal and took the time to follow up with me after the procedure to ensure I was happy with the result. I would highly recommend the Lovely Clinic and Sarah's procedures.
Fantastic! Sarah was so professional abc friendly. She explained the treatments and knew just what I needed in one consultation. The appointment was equally good and Sarah reassured me and answered all my questions throughout, which was reassuring. The results are fabulous. I’m so happy with the way I look. Just me but better and younger. Even confident to go out with no make up for the first time in years.
From the initial consultation through to the treatment and follow up appointment I have been very impressed. Sarah was professional, listened to what I wished to achieved and explained which treatments would be most suitable. The result exceeds my expectations and would recommend Sarah without hesitation.
It was my first time getting anything done on my face, so I was quite nervous. I had my concultation and Doctor Tonks, she left me feeling excited and confident and ready for my cosmetic procedure. When it came to the time of the procedure done Dr Tonks touch was so gentle and kept me aware in what she was doing I almost felt silly for feeling so nervous. The results are amazing , Doctor Tonks has truly got a eye and a gift for this! I also would never want to go anywhere else. The staff and clinic are the best.
Great Doctor, she is really friendly amd makes sure to reply to all your questions. She makes sure to tell you everything throughout the process as well as advise for what is best for you. Definitely my go to Doctor!
Meeting Sarah was a revelation. Having had several procedures previously with many a famous, celebrity endorsed, practitioner, where results did not match promises in the slightest, I was losing faith in the whole industry. Dr Sarah came recommended by my daughter, and I decided to give it a last chance. The consultation was a suprise as she did not make outregous claims, on the contrary. She was honest about all aspects: possible results, pain factor, time frame, even failures. As a result, I did not expect to look like airbrushed 20 year old, just aesthetically better. My greatest concern were loose hanging jowls. Sarah proposed thread lift. She explained it was not easy, pain free procedure. It is certainly not a lunch time thing as lots of newspaper articles claim. All this turned out to be true. It is now a month since the procedure. Initially, I was very swollen and bruised. I had to hide away from the world for around a week. All as I was told. Things are still healing, there is an odd sting here and there, but improving every day. However, I am now jowls free, I have sharp triangular jaw! It is more than I had hoped for. I am now great looking 45 while actually being 60 years old. My best friend who used to fervently advocate natural aging process and criticised me for trying to stop it, screamed in disbelief and admiration when she saw me. Now she begged me to take her to see Dr Sarah asap, which I am doing next week. Dr Sarah has re-established my faith and I have confidence and trust to go for further treatments when required. But only if executed by Dr Sarah Tonks.
Having these types of treatments takes careful consideration and finding the right doctor is paramount. I was extremely lucky to be recommended to Dr Sarah Tonks by a friend, at the first consultation I knew I was in good hands. Approaching the big 50 made me curious as to how I could wind the clock back, I really wanted to look more rested, youthful (don't we all!) but still look like me, in Dr Sarah's words "a better version of me."Almost 4 weeks have passed since my treatment and everything is settling down, the results are visible now and I am so happy with my results. I gave Dr Sarah a free reign, I took her advice as to what I needed, I even had lip fillers (I swore I never would) which are subtle...even my dentist commented on just how natural they looked!Dr Sarah Tonks is very professional with a warm and personable approach, she makes you feel totally at ease.If you are considering these types of treatments you need to see a trusted professional who has your interests at heart, after all it's your face.Thank you Sarah and the team at TLC, this is one happy customer!
There is no one answer for this. Whatever you choose, I would suggest a treatment which is going to give you lift to reduce the heaviness at the mouth corners rather than directly injecting them. You could try thread lifting, Ultracel, Ultherapy, facelift using dermal fillers. I find a combination approach works best so a little bit of each.
The only reason you would not exercise is if there is bruising as putting up your blood pressure during exercise can make the bruising worse. I ask my patients not to exercise for a couple of days after the procedure as sometimes there can be a small nick in a vessel which hasn't yet presented as a bruise, but an increase in blood pressure or a plane ride can make one appear, so please be aware of this.
Thats a nasty looking bruise you have. It is not uncommon to bruise from lip injections, but one thing you have to watch out for is occlusion of a blood vessel with the filler after the treatment is done. This can sometimes present like a bruise after treatment, but the area very quickly goes almost black in appearance, not quite like a normal bruise. One of the main signs this has happened is that the area is extremely painful. If I were your injector I would want to see you with a bruise like this to rule out possible occlusion if the area is painful. That said it could be just a perfectly normal bruise!
I wold ask if you are sure that the infection and original filler was completely gone after the first round. Some products are harder to break down than others and often require multiple sessions with Hyalase, perhaps you had a small amount left in situ with a biofilm around it. I would also ask whether you had systemic antibiotics too because this might have helped if you had residual infection.
Hi, the reason your lip is lower on one side is likely due to the cheek not having enough volume on the side. If there is not enough volume the muscle which elevates the I cannot work properly and it appears to drop. You should augment the cheek on your right and then worry about the lip. It's not caused by the mole being there. I would suggest hyaluronic acid rather than fat because there is a greater level of control achievable.
