I met Dr Sarah Shah 5 years ago and I’ve been a very happy client since. I liked her immediately, her calm personality and attention to details made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Also she’s was always ready to see me when I needed reassurance after a treatment or a quick fix. I had fillers and botox done at her clinic. The tear trough filler is amazing! I had deep tear troughs that couldn’t conceal with make up. Now when I look at my face in the mirror with no make up I look 10 years younger! The cheek enhancement worked greatly for me as it made my cheek bones more shaped up but all in a very subtle and natural way. A few friends saw me after the treatment and kept looking at me saying ‘you look really well… have you done something?’ For me that’s the best compliment when they can’t see what I had done but they definitely see I’m glowing. I visited Dr Sarah Shah clinic to have a non-surgical nose job - to bring out my features a little after having put on weight which is pretty prominent on the face recently. This is my first experience at Dr Shah Clinic and I was most certainly pleased with the service and result. I was unfortunately late for my appointment due to circumstances, but the staff were still very warm and welcoming.
Dr Sarah Shah is outstanding. The results are incredible. I have been to Doctors all over the world for Botox and fillers and she is by far the best. She carefully listens to what you want and what is bothering you about your face and will literally transform all your problem areas. I've also seen 5 or 6 other patients that she has treated (mostly my friends who I have recommended to go see her) and they have all been transformed and really do look 5-10 years younger. She has a way of making you look the best you have ever looked so I trust her completely and anything she has ever suggested to improve the weak areas in my face or how to get rid of the parts where I look aged have been so subtle yet worked amazingly. I work on camera as a host so am naturally extra nervous about any changes in my appearance, however I know whenever I go to see her I am guaranteed to come out looking younger better and fresher than when I went in. I am so happy I found her and would never go any where else.
I am in my late 20s and wanted to start really looking after my skin before it starts to age. Dr Shah gave me a light peel, put me on the obagi nu derm skin care programme, and also gave me a group packgage of prp treatments or the vampire facial as its commonly called. I could not be happier! My complexion has never looked more even and bright, although my skin colour has also lightened which was not my intention friends have said I still look nice without my tan and fresher. From all the treatments I did with dr Shah the ones that made the biggest difference would have to be the prp facial injections and the obagi skin care system. I would highly recommend Dr Shah to any one interested in doing treatments that actually work. So many people I meet now comment on how nice my sin is which is.
I recently had a non-surgical nose job done at Dr Sarah Shah's City Clinic. For the past 4 years I had a noticeable bump on my nose after accidentally hitting it against the door. Dr Sarah Shah was very professional, friendly and advised me without placing any pressure or selling her services on what would be best for me in terms of this procedure and other treatments that I was considering. Her approach was very gentle, considerate and professional. I had an initial consultation with her where I explained all my queries and she advised me on the best options, including the filler treatment for the nose. The treatment took about 20 minutes to complete, and the result was amazing! She corrected the bump in my nose using one syringe of Voluma filler, and raised the bridge and filled in the hollow parts of the nose. She corrected the asymmetries of the nostril and placed fillers on the tip and the base of the nose to raise the profile of the nose. Dr Sarah advised me to take Arnica tablets a few days before my treatments to reduce bruising and swelling and reduced the pain with a numbing cream. The bruising only lasted a day or two which was easily covered by make-up and the swelling had gone down after a week. I also returned for a top up treatment 1 and a half weeks later and Dr Sarah Shah used the remaining amounts of filler for the tip of the nose. She did an excellent job as my nose looks completely natural, smooth and symmetrical and no one was able to tell that I had any treatment! The bump is completely gone, and the results will last up for 12 months. She considered my face shape and what would look natural yet appealing for my features. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering this treatment or any other procedures in London!
A few years ago, back in 2010 to be precise, I underwent a septoplasty procedure for functional reasons as I struggled with breathing. However, after having the surgery, my nose was left with a very weird appearance (particularly from one side) and a Saddle Nose Deformity. The anxiety this caused me was severe, and when talking to people I would always try to stand on the left of them so they would only see the good side of my nose. This went on for many years until a friend of mine told me about filler. He had gone in for a procedure with Dr. Sarah Shah, a doctor operating in both Harley Street and the City of London, to build up a severely underdeveloped nasal bridge. His result was so amazing that when I saw it I knew that I had to check it out instead of risking further irreversible damage with a rhinoplasty and general anaesthetic side effects as I had been considering doing. When I called the clinic I was given a very early appointment date at the City Clinic, which was fantastic. The clinic was very easy to find and accessible by public transport, situated right next door to The Gherkin. Now onto the part you are probably more interested in, the procedure itself! The first thing that struck me about Dr. Sarah Shah was her friendly demeanour. Her bedside manner is the best I've ever experienced and I can say that as someone who has been to many top London private clinics and hospitals. Dr. Sarah Shah is a strikingly warm and friendly person who will take a lot of time with you and speak through what you want very carefully rather than just rushing you in and out the door. You can tell that Sarah Shah is a person who does this job because she truly wants to help people and improve lives. After speaking to me for around 20 minutes to fully grasp the result I wanted she got to work. First of all I was given Arnica pills to avoid bruising after the procedure (something not many clinics bother with) and then she applied a numbing cream to my face. The filler she used was Voluma though there were several options, which she went through with me before giving her own recommendation. She knows the ins and outs of every filler and injectable treatment like the back of her hand, and listening to her speak about the differences between each substance and what they can bring in terms of results it quickly became clear that she is a master of her craft. The procedure itself was 100% pain free, in fact, as somebody with a fear of needles, I can safely assure you that the "painless" promise rings true. Dr. Sarah Shah really took her time through the procedure, and she would stop every now and then to hand me a mirror and let me see how it was progressing. This way it was easy to tell her if I liked the appearance and completely eliminated the risk of a bad result as it was possible to shape things exactly to my liking. As it progressed she gave further recommendations, I felt so comfortable with her that I trusted her on every call, and each time she showed me the mirror it got better and better. When I saw my new nose in the mirror, I felt like crying tears of joy. Having been a person who had to strategically pick train seats and walk on one side of the road to avoid revealing the "bad" side of my face, it was like lifting a brick wall off of my chest. The result was truly amazing and a testament to her expertise and professionalism in this field, in fact as further evidence, she was able to make my nostrils look less upturned, which is something several other Harley Street doctors had told me was "impossible"! I had consults with many doctors in Harley Street and I am 100% confident that Dr. Sarah Shah is truly the most skilled, professional and friendly practitioner in London. In fact, she is so good that I have returned to her three more times to sort other qualms I had and each time the result has been simply mindblowing. All my friends and family can't believe how great my transformation has been, some have been so impressed that they've asked me for the clinic I went to so they can visit for themselves! Botox 1 week before your mesotherapy treatment is okay. After the mesotherapy treatment, you should wait until your skin has healed to commence with botox.

This does happen often with African american skin types. These dark patches normally peel off after a couple of days. You can start to use clear right away. However do not use exfoderm or tretinoine until you have peeled as it will just make you peel for longer.
