Hygienist was thorough and very detail oriented. Dentist was gentle with the anesthetic which has been more uncomfortable for me with other dentist. First time visit. Check up and cleaning went well and had 4 fillings done the next day. Matched color and bite. Took the time needed and did not rush through the process. 2 days later and no problems or lingering pain. Very happy so far. They did make me pay in advance. Previously other dentist would have given discount for paying in advance. There may be more of a problem with collecting here but the office appeared very upscale.... Previously (last 40 years in Illinois), I was always billed after insurance paid. Nicely decorated, attentive staff. Tucked away in the back, not visible from the street.
