I'm so happy with my Botox results! Great experience with Dr. S. at Palm Beach Botox... wish I found him years ago! My forehead looks very narural and it lasts. It's exactly what I wanted, unlike my many past experiences with other practitioners.
There are no words how impressed I am with Dr. Samuel Siddiqui!!! I live in Manhattan NYC and have been getting Botox for years, I must be very sensitive as I always found it quite painful, with Dr. Siddiqui it was truly painless, and might I add his bedside manner calmness and patience is infectious!!! I will be moving to the Palm Beach area and have found my new doctor, I am elated to have found this wonderful doctor !!!!
Dr Siddiqui is an amazing and extremely competent doctor. He always welcome you nicely, make you comfortable and listen exactly to what you need before explaining in details his suggestions. It's been over 5 years that I have botox with Dr Siddiqui and the result was always perfect without any complications.
I received my first Infini RF treatment about 4 weeks ago. I drove over 170 miles to see Dr Siddiqui for this procedure because I trust him to do what is best for my face. He is honest and forthright. I am so pleased with the results so far and can't wait to have my 2nd of the 3 treatments recommended.
I absolutely love Dr. Siddiqui!!!! So professional, knowledgeable and very kind. He did an AMAZING job on my Botox!! I had a previous botched visit with a place I won't name but Dr. Siddiqui has a forever patient with me!!! I just love his staff! Looking for Botox or any skin care needs, definitely see him! 110% pleased!! Thank you Dr for my amazing results!!
If you haven't been seen by Dr. Siddiqui then you have to go to Palm Beach Botox. He is absolutely great at what he does. I have tried other doctors in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area for fillers and Botox, and they do not compare to him. He is so knowledgeable and he continuously keeps up with the most current procedures and products. He does my fillers and my Botox for myself and my husband. He takes his time and answers all questions. I really appreciate that! His pricing is very competitive and very fair. His office staff is wonderful as well. Katie, his assistant is very pleasant. I hate needles, but I don't worry as much when I am seen by Dr. Siddiqui. I also appreciate that he looks the part. He has the most beautiful skin I have ever seen on a man. He actually knows a lot about his profession. He is not one of those doctors who just looks at cosmetic procedures as a cash cow. I would 100 percent recommend Dr. Siddiqui.
I have been suffering from daily migraine headaches for more than ten years. Dr. Siddiqui is the first physician to successfully manage my migraine frequency. He is extremely knowledgable about Botox treatments and pain management. I highly recommend Dr .Siddiqui.
Botox paralyzes muscles for 3-4 months. The Frontalis muscle generally has an aponeurosis in the center of the muscle. It is possible the paralysis of the muscle as a whole may render the center of the muscle to look different than before, or as a dent. Also, Procerus muscle is routinely treated as part of the glabellar/ number 11 area and paralysis of this muscle can also contribute to the "dent", keeping in mind that we all do not have exactly the same anatomy of the muscles. While theoretically repeated Botox injections may produce atrophy of the injected muscles by not using those muscles, it is not encountered in everyday practice. Botox does not cause atrophy of the fat to produce a dent. So, in summary it is a matter of the anatomy of the muscle. Just google anatomy of Frontalis and Procerus muscle.
Generally speaking microneedling is not recommended within two weeks after sun exposure. Microneedling involves delivering radiofrequency heat to the dermis, meaning the deeper layer of the skin. This RF heat bypasses the epidermis, the outer most layer of the skin, which results in a short recovery time from microneedling as there is no superficial damage or burn. The UV light of the sun causes damage (burn) to the epidermis and the combination of the sun damage and microneedling RF can cause additional unwanted problems. Hopefully that helps.
5 Units of Botox are unlikely to produce your clinical condition. Masseter is a strong chewing muscle and can easily take 25 units or more. You could consider seeing a Neurologist to make sure the 7th nerve branches are not affected.
Lyme's disease can have a myriad of effects in the body and can affect joints, nervous system and muscles. The patient should be treated promptly with antibiotics. Since Lyme's disease can cause a paralysis of the 7th nerve to make it look like having Bell's palsy, I personally would not want to treat any patient with recent and active Lyme's disease, as the effects of Botox can mimic the 7th nerve paralysis. The patient should see their PCP or an Infectious disease specialist.
Some degree of swelling can be seen with Infini microneedling radiofrequency treatment for a few days especially with higher intensity settings. This may look like laxity of skin. I think it is reasonable to give it some time for the swelling to disappear before making further treatment decisions. Keep in mind that the collagen Infini produces is a slow process over months and the immediate effects are related to heat related to tissue swelling in the dermis. Best wishes.
